We first enquired about camper van and placed deposit, travelled from Scotland on arrival met by Dan, after a few moments looking round the camper myself and Amanda realised that it was not for us. We then discussed with Dan about potential of purchasing caravan after going round the sales area for a couple of hours we decided on the Coachmam VIP 675, then placed the order to be collected on 8th November, exciting times I them requested the pick up be pulled forward one week to the 1st November, we travelled down on Friday evening staying over in Gateshead for the night, to then continue the journey for the handover at 11.30, on arrival we where greeted by Matt offered us refreshments then passed us over to Richard who was absolute gentleman and gave us a very thorough presentation on the caravan, was great in swapping over the battery and gas bottles which I was prepared to do but he went above and beyond ahead of the 7 hour return journey

After a very honest and frank discussion with Richard, our salesman. We chose our purchase, and the process was straightforward and professional from start to finish.
Our handover was informative and thorough and on time, Richard and our caravan were waiting for us when we arrived and everything we needed was either in with the sale or available from the shop.
All in all, a splendid experience.
We can't thank Richard enough, always on hand in person or by phone, for any queries, and a thoroughly nice chap.

Kimberley caravans was absolutely excellent from start to finish. They was no hassle at all and nothing was to much trouble for them . Highly recommend Darryl miller who was absolutely fantastic and a brilliant hand over as well . Will definitely recommend Kimberly caravan to people.

Sales team were very good, However was seriously disappointed on how much we were allowed for our old caravan.
We have a number of faults on our new caravan, finding it difficult to arrange for repairs.

Sold are caravan to them and there service was very clear and gave us a good price would definitely recommend 5*

Great experience all round in buying our next caravan.

Darrell was an excellent sales person. He really knew alot about our caravan and made sure we knew how to engauge the mover properly.

We recently purchased a new Swift caravan from Kimberley and part exchanged our old van in return.
We got a great price on the new one and a fair part ex price on our old van.
Richard (sales person) was very knowledgeable and guided us through the whole experience in a very relaxed(not pushy at all) manner from viewing all the way through to handover.
Would definitely recommend a visit to Kimberley if your looking at changing your van and we're looking forward to many trips away in our new one.
