Terrible CS, I lost my money!
I received a wig that was NOT like the picture (yes I took into account screen resolution and possible color differences) I ordered a large and it was still too small for my head. Ok, no problem...I'll just return it.
Unfortunately the RMA request form on their site has a glitch and will not allow you to request a return form without a "reason code" BUT the reason code line will not allow you to add anything. So I immediately notified them of this problem but they kept giving me the runaround and here I am 3 months later and still NO RESOLUTION.
I am out $96.98
I will think twice before dealing with a foreign company again.

It had been over 3 weeks waiting for this wig so emailed them asking where it was they told me it would be an extra 2 weeks so I asked for my money bck , they only offered me 20% money bck for a wig I’d not had, so I waited for the wig and it was dark yellow I look like Rod Stewart with it on, nothing like the pic and very thin, I sent them an email asking for a refund and sent the pictures, we came to an agreement of 30% but I’m still waiting for that refund 1 month later and I do keep emailing them

Bought a wig from this website and was very disappointed with it, it was the wrong colour and the hair was all frizzy at the crown. I would like to return it for a refund but they will not return any of my emails. One star is too many for this experience but had to add it to proceed with this review.

I am in the middle of having chemo tomorrow will be my third treatment of six. i lost my hair two weeks after my first treatment,so on the 21st of january my daughter in law found kimwigs on line they looked really nice, so we ordered one . did not do my homework,wish now i had. i finally got it on the 21st of feburary. it was shipped in a bubble bag. Very pour packing. the color was all wrong,it wasto big, and it had combs attached to it. i could not wear it because i do not have any hair to attach it to. I am very dispointed. Now they will not respond to any of my e-mails.i guess i am out 175.00 and cannot aford to purchase another one.

I purchased a wig in June 28 of 2022, I didn't get it until 7-7-22 and it was not the same color as online and the quality was so poor it looked like a clown's wig! I immediately asked for a refund and return instructions. They made it sound as if they were based in the USA but they are NOT! They are in CHINA! After a lot of arguing via email they gave me instruction to send pictures of the wig and the box it came in. I submitted immediately. Then they said I would have to pay for shipping and it would be expensive so they offered only a 10% refund which was unacceptable to me. It was only after I sent them a copy of the refund policy that they sent me the address where to return the wig. They told me to fill out the customs paperwork and state the contents were 20$. And I had to pay 17.90 to ship via USPS to mail the wig back and it stayed in customs in CHINA for over 7 months!! I kept sending them messages that I was informed that they have to pick up the package at customs and pay a fee but then they stop communicating with me. They didn't want to pay and it stayed so long in customs so the package was returned to me today 7-14-23!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! AND SPREAD THE WORD!! I filed a report with the Federal TRADE COMMISSION, AND reported them at INTERNATIONAL SCAMS at econsumer.gov

I ordered two wigs from this company due to losing my hair from cancer. Both wigs looked very pretty on the website. When I received them, they looked like something you would purchase at a Halloween shop. I have been trying to contact them since December 2022. They did answer some of my emails, but as soon as I told them I wanted to send the wigs back and be refunded, I stopped hearing from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!

Can't contact them. When resetting password received scam warning to not proceed. Waited a year for my splurge and got scammed.

I can't even get a reply from them. I got a wig for my mother as a surprise, so called human hair. The colour is nothing like the picture, size is way too big the packaging is terrible. No paper work came with it, paid a £156 for it. They are posing as an English company that has a fantastic reputation. Do not buy from them

I cancelled my order within 15 minutes of ordering. I've emailed at least 5 times and requested a refund with one response asking why. I haven't heard back since. Do not order from this company. I am reporting them to Action fraud along with contacting my bank for fraudulent activity. I highly recommend everyone does the same...or be smarter then me and don't fall for the reviews on their website.

LIKE MANY OTHERS, I FOUND THIS TO BE AWFUL COMPANY. THE WIG WHICH ARRIVED WAS NOT THE SAME COLOUR AS THE PHOTO. WE TRIED TO RETURN IT. ALTHOUGH A FULL REFUND WAS CLAIMED, THEY ASKED FOR 15% RESTOCKING CHARGE. OUTRAGEOUS. BUT, TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, MONTHS HAVE NOW PASSED AND THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED THE MONEY. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! MS. L.HAAR

I recently ordered what was supposed to be a beautifully cut bobbed wig.As a Cancer patient my confidence has taken a battering and I needed a ‘lift’ .What arrived was nothing like the wig I ordered and was a loose fit.I started to complete the returns form but when it came to the submit part it wouldn’t process the form.I contacted the company via e mail who came back with the suggestion that I had the wig cut which they would pay for 😝.Several emails later they said I could send the wig back to an address in China but should only cover the parcel for 20USD if I covered it for any more I would incur costs which they wouldn’t cover . I told them that I wasn’t prepared to return the wig to China as we both know it would get ‘lost’ and I would like the U.K address that the wig was dispatched from and sent via Hermes/Evri who are U.K based . I have since read reviews on the company who are clearly SCAMMERS and have reported them to TRADING STANDARDS which I suggest other people do.Today I am going to my bank to ask if the payment can be recalled .In the meantime DO NOT BUY FROM A COMPANY WHO IS PREPARED TO TREAT VULNERABLE PEOPLE IN SUCH A DESPICABLE MANNER
I will not leave this alone until it is resolved .They should not be allowed to send out items that are nothing like what has been ordered and not give people their money back.

Kimwigs is a joke!! I am a cancer patient and wanted a variety of wigs. The wigs pictured on Kimwigs website are beautiful and they claim they are made with real human hair wigs. The wigs I received were NOT HUMAN HAIR. They are made with some type of plastic fibers that are very thick and course. There are several bald spots in each of the three wigs and the adjustable elastic strap on two of them will not even reach the first section. I sent an email to ask how to return the wigs and was given the run around for over a month. I was asked to send photos so they could see the problem which I did.I kept asking for a return address and instructions for returning the wigs. I was told that their address was “far away” from mine and it would be expensive for me to return them because I would have to pay shipping and customs charges. I was also told “IF” they were damaged during shipping I would not receive a refund. I could see where this was going so in the end I was offered a 10% refund which is highway robbery. I now have my doubts that I will ever see any amount of refund. Do NOT order from Kimwigs!

Sadly I fell for it. Didn't read reviews. I'm just surprised that for everyone's experiences no one has reported these scammers to Action Fraud. I just did, but you all need to report them otherwise they'll continue to rob people.

It’s 100% a genuine scam.
The wigs are portrayed to be high quality and claim to have been hand-made in a UK facility, however they’re actually mass produced in a Chinese factory and then shipped to the US from Shanghai, via YunExpress logistics.
Upon trying to return the wigs for a refund, the company will always provide every customer the same answer via Email correspondence. They tell every customer “we can’t accept the wigs back, they’re not able to be resold” “the buyer is responsible for paying the fees of return labels/tariffs/customs” “the wig is more than likely going to get lost in transit back to our facility, and we can only give you a 5%-10% refund because of this”
After feuding with them, they’ll eventually provide you with a false return address which is “Beishashi Room 0811

This address literally DOES NOT exist! After you attempt to return the package back to this address, it will eventually get stuck at Customs. This is exactly what they want! Once the package is stuck in Customs, they will claim that you never returned the wigs to them, and because of this they’ll say yet again that they “cannot provide you with a refund.”
It’s a very well thought out scam that they’ve successfully completed for years now, and somehow they’re still operating this illegitimate business.
My best suggestion to anyone who doesn’t find this review until after they’ve been scammed - contact your card holder or bank and place a chargeback! Ask them to red flag the company and open an investigation. 50% of the time you will end up getting your money refunded to you by the card company.
I beg anyone who reads this, please report Kim Wigs to the authorities for fraudulent internet sales!

The wigs on their site are beautiful but BUYER BEWARE, what you see is NOT what you get. What I received from Kimwigs looked NOTHING like what I ordered from their site. When I used their website to return the product, the required 'Refund Reason' entry cannot be entered so you can NEVER complete the return. There was no web master to contact. I tried on different browsers, different machines, same outcome. I had not choice but to write them at the email provided. So, I wrote to them and told them the product they sent was NOT what I ordered. It looked old and used, arrived stuffed in a plastic bag with no markings, no receipt, no care instructions, NOTHING. I told them I wanted the refund as their site states I'm entitled to. Then the email war began. They told me to send a picture - I did, along with the a picture of the wig on their site. They told me to wash the wig (I did NOT) I told them I prefer the refund as this is a defective product, they told me they can't resale the wig (that is not the customer's problem), they told me shipping is too expensive (again, not the customer's problem), they offered me a 7% refund. I thought that was ridiculous! I requested a return address, they never supplied it - to this day 12/2/2022. I originally order the product on 9/23/2022, I received it on 10/8/2022. I started the return process on 10/8/2022. There ought to be some sort of recourse for folks taken advantage of by such companies. Anyone can start a site, falsely advertise, take the money, send crap and that's it???? We can send rockets to moon but can't get handle on scammers? At the very least couldn't Kimwigs be shut down? SHAME, SHAME, SHAME.

Just arrived a 3/4 wig not a bit like picture and it is different colou paid 59.99 pound they said I could get a refund of 8.99 pound. It’s just a flat bit of course hair they have sent the one on the picture was shiny and wavy this one looks like a dead rat. So upset I’ve wasted my money. I didn’t rven know I was ordering from China !!!!!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews first. I bought it because I saw it on Pinterest. The wig is a joke. I wouldn't wear it to take out the trash.

I recently gave a bad review on kimwigs. I have over 30 emails back and forth with them. They actually gave me their address and I really want to share it:

ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS READ THE REVIEWS!! EXACTLY SAME FOR ME! I have never bought nor worn a wig before even when I was bald after chemo. I decided I’d try one. BOY I SURE DO WISH ID FOUND THIS BEFORE SPENDING $140. I’ve person at least mentioned it isn’t same as picture. Mine wasn’t the beautiful blondish copper. It was pink! The wig stand is a joke. It’s this flimsy plastic stuff uh usually see in packing. Wont fit together and one “tab” was already broken off. When I requested my return they have done everything in their power to try to talk me out of returning it. They said first then it cost so much to ship back to China that they offer me 10% of the price of it as a refund if I keep it. Well 10% good grief no. Besides the fact that I’m not gonna wear it and I can’t use it. So they make me go to this form to fill it out and when you get to one field that is required it says reason for return. There is no box there’s nowhere for you to be allowed to enter Data beside that field. So it is impossible to complete the form because every time you complete the whole thing but you can’t put anything in there it keeps coming back saying it’s required. I haven’t even gone as far as to print screen all of the entries and showing that that field cannot be filled out on the phone. And I told them I wanted to refund the RMA and the instructions based on where all I had answered that I did have the reason for return down in the bottom box for it ask for if there’s any problems with it. I still haven’t gotten my money back. I also recently ran into this Exact same problem recently with anycloth.com. They try to give you the runaround when I try to murder with you and I am I just gonna quit doing anything and you don’t hear anything about getting a refund. To me this is a scam and is pretty much fraud. I am going to be reporting them to my bank and have them get my money back.

UPDATE:NOW THEY ARE REFUSING REFUND SAID DUE TO INCREASE OF MATERIALS PRICE THEY CANT AFFORD THE RETURN!! TIME TO INVOLVE AUTHORITIES
