Cancelled my order straight away after I paid. It has been a month later and I am still waiting for them to refund me. Do not buy from this company

A totally appalling company. No returns or refund possible. Wig pathetic. Stupid colour. No invoice included. Communicated again and again. Eventually offered 10% refund but it never arrived and never will. Stop these scammers now. Avoid like the plague

Total scammers. Had to go to the credit card company and dispute the charges after not receiving anything for 3 months. Do not buy from them!

This is the worst fraudulent company i have ever dealt with. They send you a wig that is awful and not like the picture. Then they offer only a small percentage of what you paid for the wig. Do not buy from this company. The wigs look like they were made for halloween are overpriced and a rip off!!!! Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!! FRAUD AT ITS WORST!!!!

Ordered 2 wigs in July. Its september and no wigs. I tried to cancel my order and they said they would only refund half. Bunch of scammers!

Big rip off kim wigs! dont buy, or you will be ripped off like me. They are very rude! bought two in different colours sent one back, no refund! they dont look anything like the Picture. Im going through a very bad time.

I'm struggling with hair loss from chemo. I originally planned to purchase three wigs from this company. They contacted me and encouraged me to purchase only one. I picked my favorite wig and agreed to purchase it. It took over a month to receive the wig. I even contacted them to see what was going on. They responded back within 24 hours. Fast forward to receiving a bag, no box with a wig. It was not the wig I chose, nor the color I chose. It was an orange- pink color. Hideous color... Nobody has that hair color. I contacted the company the next day. It took them several days to answer. I asked for a return authorization number so I could send it back to get a refund. I also discovered that they had charged me for all three wigs, not just for the one I agreed to purchase. I emailed them over and over asking why they charged me for three wigs not one, no response ever on that question. I immediately requested they refund my money for the extra two wigs they changed me for but did not ship, no response from them.
I reported them to my credit card company because I believed I had been scammed. This company will run your time out. You have 15 days to send the wig back. They will not give you a return authorization number. Each time I emailed them I would get a bogus question asked of me or a weird response from them: (send us pictures, you ordered this wig, will you return it if we give you the RA, are you sure). They even asked me for a pictures of the wig so they could see the issue I was having. They knew what they sent me but I still provided them with pictures. If you need a wig don't buy from this company. They have pretty wig pictures but you won't get the wig in the picture. You'll get something that resembles dog hair. I also told them I needed the RA because my 15 days were almost up.
They responded back two days later: Your 15 days are up. Best regards, Kimwigs. So heartbroken that they took advantage of me. I didn't ask to get cancer. I don't want to be bald either. But I will fight to survive.

DO NOT BUY FROM KIMWIGS -Absolutely disgusting company. I received a package and i notified them that they were NOT what i ordered. £374.00 I paid. Then they said you have not received them yet they are still in transit it too you. I later found that those were the wigs. Awful Awful Awful. Just bin your money to if you are thing about buying from them.

Like others returned the product as it was such poor quality. They are refusing a refund.

Please don't buy from this company they are a scam it took ages for wig to arrive then looked nothing like picture was too big and hair falling out . Couldnt brush or comb it. Refused refund now taken to trading standards

Me and mu mum scoured the Internet for wigs similar to her natural hair as she has breast cancer and losing her hair.
We found a lovley image of a blonde wig with a shadow root around chin length and purchased it.
It was stated as human hair and full lace front!

It took over a month for it to even be posted!
I had to send countless emails asking where it was!
When it finally arrived after two and a half months when my mum had already lost all her hair, the wig was orange!!!
And no lace front, the wig cap was so thick and bulky and felt completely synthetic!
The color wasn't even a slight difference to the photo it was pure orange!
The wig was not cheap either over £150!!
Needless to say the wig she got for free from the hospital looks a million times more natural, blonde with a tight fitting thiner look to appear less wig like.

Never buy from here, I'm convinced they just find pics from Google of people's real hair and sell you a fake Chinease made synthetic version.

We put our trust into this company to have a nice wig for a cancer sufferer and all we got was a ratty synthetic waste of money, never again.

Thankfully I read the reviews and did not buy from Kim Wigs...although I have purchased online and been burned. I've been on two different chemos and am not rich. I'm angry that our govt doesn't put a stop to companies like this!!

Never deal deal or buy anything from this company or any of it's similar looking sites, there easy to spot by there simarlarity, the quality of their wigs is so poor it's beyound words, once they have your money they only offer your a partial refund and say keep the item as though there doing you a favour, they don't abide by UK consumer laws even if they have a UK registered address, that's just a front to fool you, i have started a section 75 with my credit card company who should reverse the transaction or persue them for the money, Kimwigs are utterly shameless

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Their wigs do not match the products as viewed on their website. They have set up the online return request in a manner where you are unable to submit it. They do not respond to emails and have awful customer service if you can call it that. Be warned!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

I should have read the reviews and I did not realize the company is in England. They are quick to respond to anything you email, except for returns. I have sent them many emails no response. They have it so you cannot fill out the return form it won't let you. I have sent my wig back on my own with the Des Plaines IL address. I am sure it's wrong I have already lost the money so I don't have anything to loose anyway, the wig is horrible. I ordered human hair and paid more for it. Once again I have been screwed. Save your money go to Walmart.

If a zero was possible I would have selected that! The wig was similar to those bought in a joke shop and not fit for purpose. Finally, after numerous emails received a refund but only after a threat to take the company to the small claims court. Stay away at all cost, nothing but excuses, even after the wig was returned to China.

If I could give a zero I would. The wig is junk, like for a Halloween costume. And they claim you can get a refund but that's not true either. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY THAT IS OVERSEAS.

I did recieve a quick response when I asked about the status of my order and got the wig very soon after my inquiry. HOWEVER, the wig was supposed to be a light ginger color and in fact was a bright orange. Next it was nothing like the style as shown in the catalog. I am not even going to try to return since reading the nightmares others have posted on here....just a lesson well learned. Never will I do another stupid online purchase like this. (famous last words!!!)
