This company won't give me a refund, despite returned goods getting through customs in China, my parcel has now been returned to me after 5 months o me requesting a refund!!! THEY ARE A DUSGRACE TO RETAIL! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Don't order from this company. The customer service was awful. The wig that arrived wasn't the wig that I ordered and I offered to return the wig which was totally unsuitable. I was offered a £10 refund and told if I returned the wig that it would need to go to China and may get damaged. Very very disappointing especially on top of a bereavement.

Do not buy anything from this company, they will not accept returns, the product looks ridiculous. They keep offering a tiny percentage off something that cannot be used. I have emailed back and fore for 2 weeks. Not sure if I will see my £150 again, complete scammers. They give the impression off being a British company but now say I have to return to China. Still no information of actually retuning though.

We bought a wig and reviewed it in Oct 24 as being a scam. We have just received our return back after two attempts to return it to them. So as well as a bad wig, we are now out of pocket for the the return postage, and have still had no refund. They should not be allowed to operate like this. They are Chinese, not UK as they claim.

SCAMMING FRAUDS. Wig was in stock, but they claimed that they needed a few weeks to create it and inspect it, then another week to ship it. I demanded a refund. They tried to get me to order a brush, but I declined in an email. They then looked for my email address on PayPal and submitted an unauthorised invoice for the brush I'd declined to buy. PayPal declined the invoice and marked them as a scam. My bank statement shows the purchase, but they claimed that I hadn't paid for it. Then, they began insisting that, as they'd begun production, they would only be able to refund me 70% of my purchase. I told them that if I hadn't paid, then there would be nothing for them to refund; but as the items on their website still to this day show in stock, then there is no reason for them to be in production. I ordered this wig on the 24th of February, and paid £5 for shipping. I still do not have the wig, and they told me again today that it's in production, and they can only refund 70% of a payment they claimed several times I'd never made. I reported them to PayPal as a scam, and am going through the fraud reporting process with the cyber authorities. You will find nothing about where they are, and everything on their about page turns out to be false. I have screenshots, bank statements, PayPal proof of the fake invoice, and emails to prove what I'm saying.

The wig was not as described or pictured and was completely knotted and arrived squished in a plastic bag. After complaining they said they can not give a refund unless I pay a non refundable £40 to send it back to China!!! And only after they 'checked it over' would they refund me, meaning that if they didn't think the wig was returned in an acceptable condition (which it was sent to me in) then they wouldn't refund me.

They had no idea what country I was in, so clearly not keeping track of where their orders are going, and never use my name nor give me their name.

This company is a SCAM.

My bank refused payment to this company. The company have emailed me a PayPal invoice to pay them but I trust my bank more.

Shopwig are thieves, they took my money and sent me something that was not the wig or ordered. I returned wig to their returned address, then they said that's not the right address. They are conning people. I wish I read these bad reviews before I wasted my money. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company is based in china,the quality of the product is awful. The wig arrived after a month its quality was terrible. After 6 months I’m still waiting for a refund and now they have stopped responding to my emails.

No stars. Scam company who use intimidating tactics to avoid refunds.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I would not recommend anyone to order from this company I agree they are crooks. Wig was nothing like what I ordered. the return address on label is not the right address. I sent back registered post which was delivered next day I did track parcel so I know it was delivered but they denied it. Please Please Please do not use them.

I bought 2 wigs around 12 weeks ago at a total cost of £400, the website says it is a UK website but it is not , they are based in Hong kong which I only realised when I had a charge put on My credit card by which time it was to late.
The wigs arrived after nearly a month and were awful, long story short it has taken nearly 3 months from start to finish to return them for a cost of nearly £50 and I have finally received a refund yesterday but I think I only got that back due to credit card protection…. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANy..

Avoid this comany as they are crooks I ordered a wig that cost £59 pound that looked nothing like the one I ordered getting no where with refund not replying to email or telephone calls. To late I looked at reviews that told me how bad they are.
Somebody must be able to do something about this awful company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE…. Absolute rubbish nothing like the advertising, you could buy better at a fancy dress shop !!! Stop these people from selling and taking your money… I too was too late in reading reviews, something I always do.

This is my 3rd wig and undoubtedly I just love it. Always a comment how nice my hair looks. It looks so natural. It’s perfect for me and my selfasteam. Thanks for a fantastic piece!

Do not use this company. Ordered 2 pieces for my wife and they were totally unsuitable, so asked for a refund (online refund page doesn't work, only e-mail available). Took weeks and threats of action via Trading Standards and Small Claims Court + social media campaign to even get a return address. I'm reluctant to return them as it'll take weeks more to get them to acknowledge they've received them and I'm also reluctant to have any more financial dealings with them as they really are a bunch of crooks.

Paid a lot of money for my wig, it's not what I ordered. It's obviously not new. It looks like rats Tails disgusting. Do not use this company because you won't get what you paid for. My loss no chance of a refund.
