Firstly this company portrays itself as British
Secondly their wigs are of such poor quality they're not fit for purpose
Thirdly they refuse to give an RMA number and address to return the wig for a full refund.
Fourth and most importantly my bank and credit card are now dealing with this dispute.
Quick update I got all my money back. So it pays to pursue a bad company

PURE SCAMMERS! Do not buy from them. My Aunt ( who has terminal cancer) paid £57 for a wig, that was meant to be from a UK based company. They are in China and just have a registered address in the UK. The wig itself! I don't know where to start with how awful it is! I've honestly seen better wigs in poundland at Halloween!

Do not buy from this company should not be supported by PayPal the wig I ordered was not anything like the one I received and the return system is absolute rubbish I was offered 10% of what I paid and was never given a bonnified address or telephone number to return to I wish I had looked at trust pilot before purchase.

Our experience was the same as others. Rubbish wig, wrong colour etc. I however followed advice I read on a review on Trustpilot, keep pursuing them via emails, they will continue to reply but you must be persistent, they gradually increase their refund, in the end I accepted 85% of original cost. Use Royal Mail international to return it which is cost effective. They are located in China.

Absolutely waste of time scammers, send totally incorrect item and then I have to pay postage and customs charges to return it or accept their 8% compensation to keep it

This company is without doubt a scam
I stupidly ordered a real hair lace front wig and received a really cheap rubbish item that was not real hair, not the colour ordered and not the style either.
Returns page doesn’t work, company won’t send returns label and are not offering a solution
Do not waste money !!!

1 star is too high . Not sure if it’s a con . Ordered 2 months ago and still not received. Unfortunately and stupidly I ordered then read the reviews after delay in receiving the product . I’ve emailed about 4 times that such say sorry for the delay . Stay away from this site ! And do not order ! I’ve lost my money and more annoyed with myself ! As I always usually pay with pay pal so worried about my card details. Absolutely worst site ever !! Do not order !!! Save yr money and protect yr details . If I receive it I will post back

I concur with all the negative reviews. I bought a wig which looked absolutely nothing like the advertised version in their website. I requested a return/refund which was declined so their refund policy on the website is a joke. Avoid at all costs.

Do not buy from this company. They pretend to be a British company, but they are not! Their hair products,wigs and hairpieces are very poor quality. Delivery takes many weeks and they do not adhere to their returns policy. They denied me a refund despite providing the wrong colour and only offered mr 10% as compensation. They are fraudulent and should be closed down by customs and trading standards.

Like many others on this site I rue the day I placed an order with these dreadful people.
Like others I thought I was dealing with a reputable company based in London, obviously I was wrong!!!!
I needed the wig for a specific date and when it was not forthcoming I contacted them, it was then that I realised I was dealing with people overseas. One excuse followed another and I asked for a cancellation of the order. Apparently they were able to stop the order whilst it was being transported ???? They then offered subsequent refunds of 30%, 50% and finally 65% all of which I refused. I contacted my credit card company who wanted me to confirm that I had refused the refund ( very important) and after two weeks they refunded me the payment.
I feel so angry that these people can misrepresent where they are trading from. I hope that the Credit Card Company can retrieve the monies they paid back to me but somehow I doubt it.

The delivered wig was a long way adrift from the colour ordered - ginger not dark brown, wasn't styled (in any way) to match the wig ordered, shedding hair at a great rate and even had a bald spot. The company did not dispute my allegations based on the pictures that I sent them and offered maximum 17% off and keep the wig. That should be than enough to claim a breach of contract and get compensated by Visa. Since it is breach of contract then you should not be obligated to return the wig at your own expense that does not match your order.

This company should be avoided at all costs. Wig came, nothing like the one I ordered. Sent back paying shipping and after several emails was told it had been damaged in transit and was no good to them.I asked them to send photos of the supposably damaged wig but nothing. It a very misleading site as its name is Shop Wig.co.uk but is actually a Chinese company, which if I had known I wouldn't have used them. £170.00 plus return shipping costs lost.

Avoid avoid. Hair falling out and so desperate to get a wig. What a rip off. Take your money, no communication, then when you look to cancel &- ask for refund first refuse then offer you 30%. The wig is off the shelf and not yet left their premises!!! Feel let down & ripped off!

I also fell foul of this site. The wig when it eventually arrived bore no resemblance to the one ordered. I had also ordered a strawberry blonde wig but it turned out to be red. Numerous emails followed when I was told that I would have to bear expensive shipping costs to return the wig and there was a high possibility that it would be lost in transit. Eventually, they offered me a small refund of 10%. Many weeks later, I am still waiting to receive it. This site is a scam and should be taken down. I have given the experience one star but really this should be minus. Beware prospective buyers, particularly those who need a wig for medical reasons as I did.

Just received the wig i ordered it was nothing like i was expecting and as with most other reviews thought it was coming from the UK until it was dispatched.The only advice i can give to anyone is STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE JUST RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.

Received a wig which looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I requested my money back but they refused. After a VERY lengthy battle with the help of paypal I finally got my money back. I had to pay £15.00 return postage to China which was grossly unfair but it meant I didn't loose all my money. So don't let them fob you off with discounts etc hold firm if you want your money back. Its shocking they are getting away with this especially as hairloss is such a personal and emotional issue.

I ordered a package that didn't come and because of that they won't send another one out and have told me I can only have a 30% refund. Because "they lost more" so they have basically just tried to con my money, will be blasting them on social media and the Sun if I don't get my refund no joke. Robbing people blind in a time like this, disgusting.

I ordered a wig yesterday after reading the reviews I canceled it.I received a email telling me I would only get 80 percent back.Though it states if canceled within 24hrs full refund.I message them stating this still waiting for a reply.How does this company get away with it.As I paid with a debit card I am hoping to raise a dispute with my bank.If only I had read these reviews first.As it says uk I trusted the site.Buyers beware don't deal with these scumbags

The review by Alexander Mach is fake! Just read all the other reviews to see why.
Firstly, the wig took double the time stated on the website.
Second, when the wig did finally arrive it was 100% the wrong style and colour.
Thirdly, the construction quality is so poor that you can see the cap through the so called hair whilst wearing it.
And finally (on the wig front anyway), the fibres are course and scratchy. You might as well pay £5 and get a fancy dress wig from eBay, it would probably be better.

So, now I come to the customer service and my attempt to return it.
Despite the website having a .co.uk address it is actually a Chinese site. The customer service address on the website is nothing more than a cover. All communication went through China and a person called "Chris" who spoke very poor and broken english. After several emails he finally agreed to a refund but only if I paid for the shipping fee of £50. But as well as the offer of a refund there was a statement that returns take a very long time and it was very likely that it would go missing. Now if that's not a veiled threat, I don't know what is. He has no intention of honouring the return so that's that.

I wish I had looked on here before purchasing from this website and I hope people find this useful.

I have got a very beautiful wig after 1,5 months.

The communication via Email was good but I think the strengths of this company are not the delivery or perfect English writing.
The core competence of them is to make a very good wig and I know that it takes time to send things from Asia to Germany especially in this times.
