I have got an email from you in reference to the wig review the review I wrote. You list some Wigsis company. I don't know if that is something that you are using to act as though it is a different company but the review I wrote of pure Dissatisfaction is/was for KimWigs. Now supposedly there is no number or address to contact you/them. For whoever might be considering any wigs you see on Pinterest, I would think 4 times before ordering them. As much as I like Pinterest I do not appreciate whatever connection they have to these scammers. Thank You.

IT COMES FROM CHINA & IS A SCAM. I will always read reviews & return policy when buying products on the internet. Order took 3 weeks to arrive. Looked like horse hair very coarse not like human hair plus totally flat & matted. Did not look anything like the picture. No satisfaction from customer service. Credit card cannot reverse charge since return policy doesn't give back money. They charge $50 shipping or 10% and you keep it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS.

This site deserves much lower than a 1 star review. They sent a wig that was completely different from what I ordered. Their response to my complaint was “ it’s synthetic hair for a bargain price” No return or refund if you are dissatisfied

I am a licensed hairdresser so I know what a wig is supposed to look like , now that I am older my hair is thin, my wig came and it is very thin on the sides and the bangs were not cut. Yes I can cut them, but shouldn’t have to. . the color was almond but looks too gold, that is not their problem. Color swatches would help. The scalp part showed and it looked like a costume wig. The quality was bad and it is very ugly and for $129.00 I will shop somewhere else.

Too bad I did not read the reviews before ordering! Good communication BEFORE you buy but once you get the TERRIBLE QUALITY product...crickets! RUN AWAY FROM THIS BIZ!

I am glad that I read the reviews, I was just getting ready to order 6 hairpieces, but am having trouble communicating with them - I assumed was the time difference. I did not know they were in China, it says England, UK. Thanks for all of your reivews, saved me some hard-earned money

This company is such a joke. The wig they sent looks like it's made from left over dog hair, they told me I had to send it back to them in China at my expense and to make sure I tell customs it's a gift so they don't pay customs fees. I called my credit card company and they were able to get me a full refund, however I keep getting "threatening" emails from them. I told them I would happily return it to a facility in the U.S.A but if they think I'm sending it to China they are seriously deluded. Avoid these people at all costs

STAY AWAY, they sent me the wrong wig, they offered me half a refund and to keep the rubbish they sent, I refused and sent it back by recorded delivery, they admitted they had received it but I've been getting lots of BS excuses but no refund does any one know who I can contact who could might be able to help, perhaps if we all work together to get our money

This company is a SCAM.. they said they are holding up my refund because they need pictures first.... The wig is the wrong style..color..size. I decided I had enough of there excuses and decided to go the legal way. I work to hard for my money they owe me over 230.00 dollars. They do not have a return address no phone number. SCAM SCAM SCAM They are messing with the wrong person with all their BS excuses.

Wig was fine but the wrong colour and too small.
Many emails and many promises from Kimwigs came to nothing. I have wasted the money and returned the wig at my expense. They have failed to return my money.
DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT YOUR RISK.

They are SCAM artists. Stay away from this company DO NOT purchase from them. They are a fake company. Their product is like horsehair. They will give you every story under the sun to try to stop you from returning the merchandise and give you the hardest time. They will make up some fake fees and make you return this product in China and not in California - where they ship out of!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

i look like David Bowie after waiting 3 weeks for my wig... awful awful awful and now i am in battle for a refund DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...

Is this company still alive? Im sick to death of emailing enquiring about my refund since January, can anyone send any advice please.

Order two wigs they charged me for two wigs and I never received either one of them. The first wig they said they delivered I did not get it the second wig was never sent wanted to cancel second wig and just get my money back but they’ll only give me a third of the money back.Very poor customer service as far as I’m concerned and they just rip off us old people they should be ashamed of their selves

No way to leave 0 stars. Wig went to wrong state before arriving over a month late. Awful quality, wrong color. After a big hassle a refund was offered, explaining that the return dept. is in China and all return fees combined would cost as much as the wig. (China is mentioned nowhere on website.) For my troubles they offered a 10% refund (less than $10).

I agree with everyone else. This is a scam company. Unfortunately I did not look for reviews before sending them £100 and receiving something I couldn't wear.

Unethical company. Do you have buy from them. I purchased awake that was $50 and when it was too small they told me I would have to return it to China and that’s a return would cost over $50. I donated it to people who are struggling with cancer. His company disgusts me

The rating is a big fat zero. Please read the return and refund policy CAREFULLY before buying anything from this unethical company. Kimwigs sent me the wrong color wig, said I could return it at my expense, which they stated was expensive because they looked into it, and they would refund me some amount, not the total amount. I asked for a 50% refund, and they stated it was too much. Another option offered was that once returned, I could purchase another wig at a discounted price. In both instances, they get the wig back to resell again, and you're out the original purchase price plus the exorbitant $50.00 shipping fee, and you still have no wig! I kept the stupid wig for Halloween. KImwigs does not lose, you do.

Stay away. Do not order from this Chinese Company. They will take your money and not give you a refund.They sent me the wrong tracking number in the first place. I tracked the number they gave me and it says my wig was delivered in a different state from where I live. So, apparently this tracking number was another customer’s tracking number that was given to me on my receipt. I contacted Kimwigs and asked for a refund since I did not received it. They did not give me a refund. They said they will look into the shipping and find out where it is. Come to find out my wig was thrown out by the post office since they couldn’t find my address or the senders address. Kimwigs told me to contact the post office about the issue. I had to asked Kimwigs for the correct tracking number in order to bring it up with the post office. If I had gotten the correct tracking number, I could have contacted USPS in time, before they threw it away. Kimwigs will not take the blame for their mistake and refund you the money. I lost $132.00. If I had known that this was a Chinese company, I would never have ordered from them. Very unprofessional business.
