THIS COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU - THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND EVEN IF YOU MANAGE TO GET YOUR ORDER - MINE HAS BEEN ON ORDER FOR 3 MONTHS AND IVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING OR NO MONEY THEY KEEP STALLING IN EVERY WAY - DISGUSTING WAY TO TREAT AN HONEST CUSTOMER

Do not purchase from this company, ever!!! The product took over a month to get here and was an unusable excuse for a wig. The website offers a return form however you cannot obtain a required RMA number from the company to submit it. Correspondence via email finally offered a return with the cost of shipping $50, and international charges that were not disclosed. This scam outfit will be quick to take your order and process your payment but don't expect anything else. Only hope my personal information is safe.

Bad, Bad!! Not sure what type of material. Description says human hair, not so. I ordered the wig online, received it very disappointed. Decided to return for a refund. Sent an email about my return, want a refund. Boxed using LA address on package. Was told by person on email not correct address needed to return to China's address. I only knew about China when I planned to return the wig. Informed person I was using LA address. Since this was a back and forth on email decided to dispute this transaction with credit card co. I got my refund. This was leading to a rip off, I got my refund, shipped package to LA to address on package. Never, Never again!!

I can’t believe these people take money from people with cancer. Seriously I just got taken for 2 hundred and I wish I had done my homework. The wig looks nothing like the pic and I’m sure it’s not even human hair. There is no return address, no way to get your money back. Don’t make the same mistake as me.

I purchased a wig for my sister who is sick and losing her hair. It was terrible. Wouldn't give phone number or address. Wanted $50.00 return fee and you pay shipping and insisted on a pic of the wig. Called the Kimwigs number I found it was here in the in the US told they stole their name and they are located in China a rip off company. Ewsre never order from company that has no phone number or address other app.

I ordered a wig from kimwigs and it went through fine.(the payment that is)
Then I decided to look again because their prices were so good. I ordered a couple more and then they became suspicious of me and my order would not go through. I tried different credit card and it just came up order fail. Even the first one I ordered came back and said order failed. Well a month later I have a hundred six dollar charge on my statement from kimwigs. I emailed them and said I wanted it refunded. They emailed me back and said it didn’t go through copied me the “order failed” statement and said they wished I would check first. I have to go and dispute my charge with my credit card. I will eventually get my money back. But what a hassle. I don’t recommend this company.

DO NOT Purchase ANYTHING from this FAKE Company. I received my item, looked nothing like the picture. When I contacted the company for return RMA number all they wanted was pictures of the item and then silence from the company.

Shocking! Wig does not resemble picture, neither in length, fit or quality. Couldn’t be worn. Despite emailing, refund not offered.

Absolutely awful. Bought a wig for my mum who is undergoing chemo and after a huge delay what arrived wouldn't even be suitable for wearing in a pantomime. They have refused a full refund and the partial refund they promised over 4 weeks ago has not arrived. Do not buy a wig from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before I wasted my hard earned money on a wig from this company!! I need a wig as I have no hair thanks to chemotherapy treatments for my brain cancer. I waited ages for my wig to arrive and, when it did, it looked nothing like the picture. I’m so disappointed. Don’t waste a penny on anything from this company - they’re making a lot of money out of this scam. I’m a great believer in Karma and they will get what they deserve, I’m sure of it.

Terrible Scammers, please listen to reviews, they are copying Kimswigs uk which are very good but they are actually a China company scamming people. I got on to my Bank and thankfully got my money returned. The whole experience was upsetting and stressful as I suffer from a medical condition etc this has really upset me. Please do not touch this company, hopefully Trading standards will track them down and stop them.

I ordered a wig from kimswigs in November 2021.It arrived 3 weeks later ,it was completely the wrong wig.Thay said you couldn't expect the wig to look exactly like the picture, It was nothing like.It was when I refused the insult of a discount if I bought another wig ,that it turned out to be a Chinese company in China.When I was looking at there site ,it made everything seem like it was a British company. I payed a further £13 to send this wrong wig back .Iv still not received my money back and now there ignoring my emails .this scam of a Chinese robbery should be taken off the internet. I'm £103 down ,I bought the wig because of cancer treatment and hair loss .These Chinese scammers don't care .I feel Robbed and violated. Wot can be done to stop these awfull scammers

I just purchased not one but 2. Can see the weft thru the hair. One is supposed to be a Paula Deen look-lol- not unless she had a run in with Tinkerbell! Can’t return them so out $ 250! Lesson learned

This company is based in China and has many names/web sites. Do NOT buy from them as they are a scam. Nothing is as described or pictured and you are not able to complete a return request as they purposely have a required field not able to be completed. The wigs are poor quality and not worth the money or aggrivation.

Wish I would of found these reviews before I ordered.
They sent me an entirely different color than what I ordered. When I contacted them, they said it was the lighting. I ordered dark brown and received a light copper. They weren’t even close. You could probably see the difference in the pitch dark. That’s when they told me that it came from overseas and I would have to pay a fortune to ship it back. But, if I keep it (like I have a choice) they will give me a discount on my next order.
If their dark brown is actually light copper, why would I take a chance on getting another one? Lesson learned. I’m out $160. Never again.
Also, it’s supposed to be average size, same as all my wigs, but it’s way big. Lots of extra space on top and in the back. And the lace is too dark.
I just hope that others are smarter than I was and check for reviews like this before ordering from the rip-off site.

I needed a wig for medical reasons. Their website seemed legitimate and professional. I was waiting ages for my wig, but when it arrived it was nothing like the photo. It was cheap and looked totally false. Nobody would go outside wearing that wig. It cost me £74 which I could barely afford. There is no return address on the package. Kim wigs is a scam, and should be stopped!

WIG WAS VIRTUALLY UNWEARABLE...
I ordered a wig which came late and was crushed in a flat envelope. NEVER has a wig been sent in this shape to me before. The hair felt sticky and was very dull. I have had many beautiful wigs over the years, but this wig stands out as so unusable that it has to be a scam. Plus there seems to be no way to get your money back.

I was under the impression because of the way the website was worded that this was an American company and the wig would be shipped from the US. If I had known it was being shipped from China I would not have ordered it. I ordered it in October and it still has not arrived. When I asked for the tracking before last week it took days for them to respond and they blamed the Christmas rush. The tracking says it finally arrived in the US on 11/26, but no further tracking has been shown since. I ordered it in October so it would be here when my hair started falling out due to Chemo. It was expensive to me. I am really upset!

The wig is small, not suitable for European sizes. It's itchy wearing. Not a great product at all.
