I purchased a human hair wig and the amount paid was a little over $200.00 USD. It took about three weeks from China to my home here is the US and I will tell you that it was well worth the wait. The wig was exactly as described, ultra soft and comfortable on my head as I am almost without any hair due to loss because of being in a coma for almost a month and then a transplant. I will likely not have the beautiful head of hair I once had, and that's okay. I am alive. I just want to thank kimwigs for providing such a quality piece and now I am able to be in public without being insecure. Great job.

Do not order from them. Two months and no wig. Only excuses. I do not think this is a credible companh

Horrible customer service. I did not receive what I ordered. Wig doesn't look or fit right. I am getting the run around. Do not want to give me my refund. I will never wear this ugly wig. Please do not order from these people.

Avoid KimWigs at all costs. It is NOT the KimsWigs in the UK.

I was so fooled by their UK address and did not think to research before I purchased. They sent me two wigs that were totally different than the pictures and have a strong chemical smell. When I asked to return, they threatened that I have to pay a shipping fee to China and the products often got lost. The website did not state the return address is a China address.

This company is a fraud and trying to scam you. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I wish I had done more research and learned about Trustpilot before buying my wig. I did receive it, but it is of poor quality and the wrong color. Basically, they don't refund you for your purchase (the refund button is inactive on their site). They are located in China, not the UK. I was instructed by email that if I returned the wig (to China) that it would probably be lost, and I would be out the cost of the wig and the expensive shipping back to China.

Zero stars- agree with previous comments-total rip off-dreadful rubbish quality sent- ridiculous refund% agreed and no sign of it. They say the money is ‘handled by another company’ Avoid at all costs!

This company is pure scam. You do not get what you see in picture so do not order anything from them. No refunds either.

I ordered a wig from this company several months ago. It took months to arrive and when it did arrive it was the most horrible color I have ever seen. It looks like I have a dead animal on my head. I paid for the wig on my debit card. They have removed an average of $ 25.00 every month from my account after the date of purchase. This is a bogus company set up to just take your money !

This company pretends to be in the UK. I paid $160 for a wig for my daughter's costume because I did NOT want to buy a piece of crap made in China. Six weeks later no wig. It has been bouncing around the US and has been stuck in Atlanta for 11 days. When I finally did a detailed search of why it was delayed it turned out it was sent from China. So I was deceived by the company. I could have bought a wig from China for $20. I've asked them multiple times for a refund but they say the wig is still in transit and refuse. Wish I had checked Trustpilot first. Hate being lied to and ripped off.

Yet another Chinese scammer. the abomination I received bore no resemblance to the order. I was offered a refund of £12 for a £90 pound wig, which never did materialise. I cannot understand why Amazon, Trading Standards and online fraud are still allowing these companies to trade. Search for British wigs and check for an address and telephone number and returns policy. An initial phone call will often give an indication as to whether they really are a genuine British company.

Unfortunately, this scam Chinese company is hiding behind the reputation of a reputable UK company called Kims Wigs. Don't confuse Kim Wigs (the Chinese scammers) with Kims Wigs (the UK based company).
Unfortunately my wife fell for the scam and ordered a wig. When it eventually arrived, it was completely ridiculous. It was like a badly made glove puppet. She got nowhere with her complaint, they just wasted her time. As I'd paid with my Amex card via my PayPal account that she used, I decided to get Amex on the case. They very quickly forced a chargeback on Kim Wigs and I got my money back. As soon as I opened the case, the Chinese scammers were asking my wife to close it and they only wanted £20 - they'd refund the balance (yeah, right). Obviously we ignored them. Now we're got our money back, they're asking us to post the wig back to them or pay them £30. We're ignoring that too. The moral of the story is always use a credit card to buy things online. I work in anti-financial crime so I'm aware of the benefits of doing this but not everyone is. If any of you out there have been scammed by them and you paid with a credit or charge card, get in touch with the issuing bank (the provider of your credit card). Ask them for a chargeback. You'll have to provide some information but it's not overly onerous. It would be great if this company was suddenly deluged with chargebacks.

Horrible company. Waited 4 months with constant "Oh it's almost ready to ship." When it arrived it was too small (ordered large). No refund, only an offer of 10% of the sales price. Shipping back is to China at customer's expense. Buyer beware! Scammers.

Kim Wigs, Shop wigs and Wig Sell are all the same Chinese company selling very poor quality wigs. Big problems trying to send them back. And trying to get your money back.

I ordered a platimum blonde rooted wig and received a
very cheap ginger thing.
I asked my bank to take my payment back and they did

I ordered two lace front wigs,size large. the wigs arrived six weeks later,child sized, no lace front. one was red hair which I definitlely did not order. the other one looked like it had been run through a washing machine. I attempted to send them back for a refund but my 'account' does not exist. This place is a ripoff. Do not shop here. I would give it ZERO STARS.

HORRIFIC. Total junk made of cheap plastic, shedding, NOTHING like on the pictures. This company is SCAM, and you cannot return!

If only i would have read the reviews before I purchased the 2 wigs, I would have saved myself the money and heartache....if I can give less than 1 star I would!! They were so promising before the purchased when I asked about the return policy and they dont keep to their word. I paid alot of money for the wigs to go back to them adn it is in customs for over 2 weeks already because the company doesnt is supposed to pay taxes for customs and they dont want to do that....i spoke to my mail carrier I sent it with to China and they said I covered the cost from my home to their business in China and the Custom taxes is their responsibility....their response is, if I will pay for customs, then they will get the wigs back...stay away....you will lose your money....They are not trustworthy with their words nor their business

I have been in prolonged e-mail communication with this company about returning the wig. As with other reviewers comments, they require me to return the item to China at my expense. So, for the record, here are the contact details they have sent me (for what I believe they are worth).

The UK registered address of the company is also used by the German 'company' irenekleider.de (a wedding dress company). Reviews on the German site verbraucherschutz.com indicate the company is not to be trusted.

Please, please do your research and stay away from this company.

If you do get 'stung', please advise the relevant authorities and maybe someone will remove these rogue traders from the web.
