I received my item
I received my item. No way did the product looked like the model. It came in crumpled old cardboard box. With no invoice or a returning label. The hair was the wrong colour, made of Brillo pad. Poor quality, absolutely disgusting. Looked like it was made in a Chinese factory. On the website, you can not find any details of the address. SCAM SCAM.

If only I had read the reviews before I placed the order for the wig!!!
The wig turned up and it was a different colour to the one I ordered. The quality was like a Brillo Pad!!!
I have emailed them several times asking for an address to send the wig back as I wanted a full refund for a bad quality wig they had sent me!!
There reply was ....... they can make me another wig in the right colour for half the price!!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

DON'T order from this company they are…
DON'T order from this company they are scammers. Ordered wigs received it, does not suit me. There were no invoice or delivery note with the items.- so no details of supplier - contact them by email trying to return it and get my refund of £182 back to no avail. They also told me that I should keep the products and they will give me a "credit" on my next order. I cannot use it!! Will never order from them again! BE WARNED

This company is selling poor quality wigs at inflated prices, using a company name extremely close to our own (Kimwigs.co.uk - We are Kimswigs.co.uk, a British retailer of high quality wigs and hair extensions for approximately 15 years)
This is resulting in bad feedback coming our way, for products which aren't our own - Please be vigilant people, check the company location before you purchase. We're very open in displaying we're a British company, registered and based in Newcastle upon Tyne, sending all products via Royal Mail 24h services.
Also, all of our photos are taken in house, using stock from our stores. These Chinese scammers use model photos, and the wig's aren't ever anywhere near the images shown!

Dont get wigs from here I ordered a wig sent wrong one and then will not give refund or send the right one but if I pay £50 to return and will give me a discount on the one I wanted in the first place so think twice before ordering
