I ordered a wig from this company and was unable to secure a refund after the fit was not becoming. I was advised in the emailed response to my inquiry about how to do the return, that the company was in China and it would be too expensive to return. They offered my a 10% discount on my 75.00 purchase. Buyer beware!

Please please please do not buy from this company!!! I’m 75 years old. I ordered 2 wigs the first showed up 4 weeks later and was awful!! Black strings hang out in front , it was so poorly sewn . And they do not do returns, because the company is in China and it cost $50 to send it back. You pay $50 to return it, they refund 10% . It cost me $85 and if I return it , additional $50 my cost is $135!! they’ll refund a whopping $$13.50 . I requested them to cancel my second order, it all of a sudden was on its way to me. I still do not have a wig I can wear in public. Regrettably Im out $270.00 SCAMMERS!!!

Wish I could put NO stars. Scam. Ordered wig, they sent entirely different one which was shabby to say the least. Paid nearly £100 and they offered 10% refund. I should have checked reviews, my own fault. Please dont order from these people, they are not who they pretend to be.

Ordered a wig then changed mind the same day. They emailed I would get an 80% refund. Later they emailed that there will be no refund.

I ordered a wig but I should've checked the reviews first! I lost $152.00 but can't blame anyone but myself. I did absolutely no research! People, do your research! I'm going to file a fraud case with my bank but the chances of getting any refund are obviously zero.

TERRIBLE QUALITY Not human hair. Nothing resembles the photos online. These are scammers. No invoice. Had to get their address from Paypal but no telephone for the company which was required for the shipping company. Shipping costs to include tracking , nearly costs the price of the wig. Paypal not forthcoming to accepting this company are scammers. NEVER EVER order from this company. Didnt get my refund. They are copying a British company with similar name. This company is CHINA . (NOT UK ) Stay clear.

Check out they're website and tell me if you can find an address for the company. You can't.
I had to file a PayPal claim against them and they actually emailed me asking me to close my claim against them and then they would refund my money. Yah right. They actually submitted a tracking number for a delivery made to an address in England. I'm in the USA. I had to inform PayPal that the tracking number they gave PayPal was bogus. They wanted PayPal to think I had received my order. More fraud. PayPal has my true address. The Kim Wigs online company is a total fraud. DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY !!

Horrible Chinese company! Took over a month and wigs are WIGGY and ugly! They are nothing like the pictures they advertise! The wigs arrive UNLABLED and the return address on the package turns out to be BOGUS! I repeatedly told them I wanted to return the 2 wigs I received, never did get the third one that they said they would cancel ( but they have NOT refunded the $180 for that one!) When I returned them to the return address on the packages they FINALLY TOLD ME THEY NEEDED TO BE SENT TO CHINA!!!!

Do not trust this firm, they sent the wigs from China and when they send the wrong one argue about returns and insist that the customer pays the cost even if it's their mistake. I tried to send it back to China, but they would not co-operate with the customs declaration for the courier and would not issue a refund. Now I have no refund, no wig and have laid out one third of the original cost on return postage. The uk e-mail address gives a false impression as this is a Chinese company.

I had purchased a wig on February 1st because I knew I was going to a celebration of life. Hoping I would get the wig before that which was on March 3rd did not receive it been trying to contact them that's a joke they don't respond. I guess I'm going to have to get PayPal and maybe BBB involved. Ridiculous company. I am updating this it is now April 1st I guess I was a fool to order from this company. Still have not received it and I got a text from them yesterday saying that they return 30% and shipping. That's a joke I want every last penny.

I have not received my wig. I have contacted them several times and just keep getting told it will be sent: each time to expect it at a later date. I am very disappointed as I did seek out reviews of the company before I ordered from them and for some reason these negative reviews did not come up when I entered a seatch for reviews of the company.

Please pay attention to the reviews before wasting your money on their products.

The wigs are NOT real hair as they claim and are definitely NOT worth the money.

This company is the same company using wigsell name. Total scammers. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS. No returns or no refunds. I ordered and cancelled within 4 hours and cannot get my monies refunded. They have now blocked my messages......

These people are a scam. They take advantage of chemo patients who are already going through a very tough time, and who are super sensitive about their hair loss, and make matters worse. They take your money, lie to you for months about
"the process", promise that they will soon provide you with shipping information, then you will just stop hearing from them. We had to file complaints with 2 agencies, as well as with visa, to recover payment months later, when all we ever wanted was a wig to make us feel better about cancer treatment. This is a horrible business, and these are horrible people. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Truly do not buy from this company, they are scammers. The hair/wig they will send you is nothing like any of the pictures on their website. It will arrive boxed with no invoice or return address, and I'm not even going to bother with getting a refund. The product is totally inferior rubbish, not real human or Remy; possibly some sort of synthetic, if that. You can't even salvage the hair piece, if you wanted to! The website has been set up to take your money under the guise of selling high quality hair pieces but they are based overseas. Read all the reviews below!

DO NOT BUY, SCAM. This company is based in China, and is trying to copy a company from the uk called Kim’s Wigs, which is a legitimate company. They offer easy refunds that cost a bomb (more than the wig cost to buy.... don’t ask...) I would never ever recommend buying from them, if you want a better quality wig, which is cheaper, just go pick up a cat or even a rat, and out it on your head. It will be of better quality. But trust me it is 100% a SCAM, just look at the other reviews too.

Also not sure what bullshittery is going in with Trust Pilot... they only have 1 star reviews, yet they are a 2 star company...

DO NOT BUY! The wigs you are seeing are pictures that were collected. The wig I received was nothing like the picture, its so bad I cant even salvage it; its a $92 total loss. At first she refused to give me the return address, until I got Paypal's Resolution Center involved. I spent $20 sending it back and she sends it right back to me! I will not buy overseas ever again unless its through amazon. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!

Company still avoiding me, no response$190.00 down the tubes!! Do not use this company it is a total scam extremely poor customer service they do not respond to questions it's always "next week" and nothing ever happens no tracking number is ever offered
