Purchased a kitchen faucet on 6 October…
Purchased a kitchen faucet on 6 October 26, with an elbow that was poorly machined and leaked. It arrived on 13 October. On 14 October, I emailed to ask permission to return it. I received a curt email from a Ms. Brooks stating that it was purchased in July, and outside Kingston's 30 day grace period. Tough luck. No customer service here. I had to open a case with Paypal to get it resolved. Paypal transaction IDs don't lie. Never again.

Mixed feelings
The faucet is beautiful. This is the second Kingston brushed brass faucet I’ve purchased. My biggest issue is that only the faucet head is brushed brass the handles are barely brushed and more polished. The rings on the bottom are super shiny. So not brushed at all. I called when the first faucet had this issue but they don’t quality check, just ship after receiving from Asia. To me, this makes for a “trust me” situation with the maker and the maker appears to be lazy in completing the finish.
Installation was a headache. Had to hire a plumber.
The product is beautiful. The quality is there, even if the finish isn’t accurate.

Fantastic product!
I love our Kingston shower system! The quality is amazing. After living with inexpensive bathroom fixtures for 30 years, we're finally investing in a remodel and seriously nice fixtures. I'm delighted with the Kingston products we've purchased. Delivery was quick and the products were packaged really well.
