I do like the Lori Mitchell…
I do like the Lori Mitchell figurines...and you have a
great selection.
One little problem with my last order...I ordered two of the same...one as a replacement for a previous paid order which did not go through.
The other was for me.
The figurines were shipped at different times...and I received three dates of arrival for two Mitchell dolls.
Confusing.

I ordered for the very first time on December 12. It was to be a Christmas present. Nowhere did it mention that shipping would take six weeks. Item shows delivered to mailbox that I have still never actually received the item. Will not order from them again.

Hi, Cathy. We're sorry to hear that you are unpleased with your purchase. There are a few items that we'd like to address, since you chose to write a negative review. First, I don't show that we received ANY communication from you. If you had enquired about your order, we could have let you know that the item that you chose is a seasonal item and that it was clearly marked as pre-order - as shown by the PRE-ORDER button on our website, in place of the BUY NOW button. We would have explained that the item you chose is handmade in the United Kingdom - and we could have directed you to other options that would arrive in time for Christmas gift-giving. There is also a description of our seasonal pre-order policy on every page. Also, I do see that your tracking was marked as delivered at the address that you provided on January 28th. Your complaint there is with the United States Postal Service, as we do not actually deliver the items to your home. Even though it's not our fault if your package was stolen or misdelivered, we do always try to work with customers to make them happy. Most companies are less inclined when customers take complaints to a public forum before giving them the chance to fix it :)
