I received an item that was damaged
I received an item that was damaged. I reached out and got an immediate response back along with a postage return slip that I could print out to return the item. They also sent a replacement the next day with apologies for the inconvenience. It was a manufacturing problem- not a shipping problem on their end. Highly recommend this business.

Great selection. So many fabulous choices, Shipping to NZ has gone up by 5.00 which was a shame as the 20.00 shipping to NZ was a real bonus for over seas buyers.

Hi :) Thank you for your feedback. We're actually adjusting our shipping rates. All Lipstick & Chrome now ships free worldwide. All other shipments are based on weight and distance. I do see that your last shipment was charged at $15 and you received a $25 discount, which more than compensated for the shipping charge. And just so you are aware, that shipment cost us $37.75 to ship, resulting in basically no profit. We are trying to keep our international shipping costs low - but we also have to stay in business :) Thank you! xo
