Poor print quality and even worse customer service
We have been getting school photos from Kittle for the last 6 years and up until now they have been fantastic. However this years photo is of very poor quality, colour to colour mis-registration and very low definition in the faces, photo has a magenta tint overall, but when checking with other parents who received the same photo, ours is very much sub-standard, customer service say that the proof image is fine, that I can understand… my print however is terrible and they are refusing to replace the print … totally unacceptable and considering the cost of £20 a print this is almost bordering on daylight robbery!

Size isn't everything
5 stars for excellent customer service, very accommodating of missing children / having to re-take photos, etc. and very responsive to requests and edits. Thank you to all the team!
Slight disappointment with the books themselves: the print quality not as good as the proofs looked electronically, it's a bit over-exposed. Also, having compiled and viewed the proofs on a decent-sized monitor, the flimsy little A5 paperbacks looked tiny, particularly the collage pages with multiple photos on.
Given that they were originally supposedly £11.50 each, reduced with 'special discount' to £5.75, it seems the quality to price ratio is not quite justified.

We are sorry that you weren't as happy with the quality of the books themselves and felt that the A5 books were too small. We do offer a choice of A5 or A4 books and photos will, of course, be larger in an A4 book. We will definitely feed back your comments re print quality/over exposure to our production team.

Nothing was to much trouble
My special needs son would not take a group photo, the photographer happily took one of him and put him into the group photo, the editing team did a fantastic job. I emailed/called to see if I could get a copy of the solo as well and they were amazing. Nothing was to much trouble. Callum Edwards the customer service advisor I liased with was fantastic, really professional and helpful, a real credit to the team.

Amazing customer service
I ordered a class photo with delivery via the school. It arrived in good time but I had a small issue with my print. I contacted Kittle and Hannah C responded to me in good time, my issue was passed on to the technical team who rectified the issue and sent me another copy of the photo. Hannah kept me up to date via email and was very helpful. I had my replacement photo in less than 3 working days, delivered to my home address at no additional cost. Our school uses Kittle every year and each time I say "I'm not buying it this year" but once I see the photos I always purchase the individual and class photos as the quality is just so good.

Ridiculous prices for school photos
Considering its a school picture ,£17 for one picture is a ridiculous price. You are trying to make massive profits from parents instead of helping during these challenging times.
Charging £4.50 to ship a picture that costs you 80 pence is just another level of ripping people off. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I only ordered it because it's my first daughter's picture; otherwise, I wouldn't have! You should give us the option to download them online and still get your fees. You are making enough profits to cover your expenses with a normal picture price.
I didn't order the other two pictures for my other two kids only because of the ridiculous prices you are adding. So if you think you are getting more, you are wrong. You just lost another two orders and all future orders.

These expenses encompass professional photography, printing, packaging, and distribution.
With regards to the delivery costs, please note that school delivery is available free of charge for 21 days from the date of the photography session. After this period, home delivery will incur a fixed fee of £4.25 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the order.
Alternatively, if we return to your child's school next term, you may combine the current photograph with any previous photographs in one order for delivery to the school.
Please be informed that digital downloads are unavailable for group photographs due to safeguarding regulations.

Very expensive. Im not sure why schools are using them, must have got a share in their price. They will make you create account and provide all of the details before you can even buy overpriced picture.

We strive to offer competitive mid-range pricing compared to other school photography companies, and please be aware that if the school opts for delivery, it is free for 21 days from the photography session. After this period, a fixed delivery fee applies however this is regardless of order size or weight.

I have ordered a school photo (quite late) and this was really easy using the link given. It arrived really quickly. I was a bit disappointed in the quality (reflection on glasses,) emailed a complaint on the easy to find email address and received a same day response saying they could remove the glare and would send out a replacement straight away.
Assuming it arrives and I am confident it will, I think that is amazing service.

My school uses Kittle for their school photos. The service is always good. This time my daughter's picture didn't arrive at school so Callum was super helpful and reposted my photo to my home address and it arrived within 2 days. Thanks!

I had very bad experience ,it's already mentioned in them papers copy after delivery you can download your digital copy and after delivery they said we didn't gave you digital copy ,this is faurd central and they cheated peopl I lost my money and they contact centre very rude and didn't gave answer properly I suggest to people don't take any copy from here....

Hannah was amazing!
Our infant school has been using Kittle for many years now and they never cease to amaze me how to get everyone in class smiling at the camera at the same time.
Today my review is a shout out to Hannah - she has been wonderful in dealing with my query; providing knowledgeable advice, responding to my emails promptly as well as putting things into action, showing empathy and just overall being kind, polite and understanding.
