Awful school photographs
My son's school has been working with this photographer for last three years and since then every year the photographs gets worse. Before then the photographs were professional and a good memory but with Kittle it is a nightmare, i didnt buy the previous 2 pictures and also i will not buy this year.
They are not aware of the importance of the job they are doing, they get one shot and dont care if it looks good or not. Awful job.

Company decided to cancel our booking the week before it was supposed to go ahead. The cancellation was also sent via email. Unprofessional that no phone call to discuss was made, and very short notice!

I had a very pleasant experience with staff Sue with photograph order. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my order was ready even liaising with the school to get everything just right. Her friendly and efficient service made the whole process a breeze!

Very quick replies to my enquiries and a thoughtful suggestion/offer to send my child's image as an attachment to an email that was a big help as I was travelling without access to a computer so could not download the digital copy I had purchased. First time ordering with this school photographer and delighted by the service.

Excellent service from Hayley Martin today. My daughter is in her final year at primary school and is pulling together a photo album of all her school photos and we discovered she was missing her Year 2 photo (and her younger sister missing her Reception photo). I couldn't find them in my account as I think I only purchased the sibling photo at the time, so contacted Kittle and spoke to Hayley who went above and beyond to find the photos for me which weren't on my file. I've just ordered the missing photos and my daughter will be so happy to have a complete album. Thank you Hayley! So nice to be able to talk to a person who understood how important the photos are. x

Excellent Service by Hayley
Kittle Photos done an amazing job at my daughter's photo session at First Step Nursery. They managed to get beautiful pictures. I like the detailed shots that captured my little one's features such as her nose, eyelashes and tiny feet along with the various poses.
I would also like to say a big thank you to Hayley Martin for her excellent service delivery. There were a number of items missing from my order when the delivery arrived.
When I called Kittle to report this Hayley actively listened to my query, acknowledged my concern and apologised for the inconvenience caused before resolving the issue. I would not hesitate to use Kittle again.

Brilliant customer service, Hayley is a star!
I've used Kittle for over two years through my child's school and I've had good experience with their website. On this occasion though, I ordered daughter's photo in October to be delivered to her school but they weren't even after i was debited. After school confirmed that the photos hadn't been delivered to them I called Kittle and Hayley was quick to spot that my order hadn't come through coz of some technical issues. She promptly placed the order again and assured me it will be delivered to my house after the holiday. Her customer service was fantastic! Merry Xmas Hayley.

I was so confused as to why I had no confirmation of my order and phoned for help to find out if the order was placed as money had been taken. Hayley was fantastic and spent time patiently investigating until we found that I had entered my email with a typo! Fantastic customer service throughout with a sense of compassion and not an ounce of annoyance.
