Très mauvaise expérience avec Kiyafet Sepeti
Bonjour,
J’ai commandé une robe qui ne me va pas du tout. En voulant la retourner, j’ai découvert que tous les frais de retour sont à la charge du client, y compris les frais de douane qui sont très élevés.
Mais le pire c’est que le service client m’a dit que si je renvoie le colis sans suivre des consignes très strictes (déclarer une faible valeur, ne pas faire de colis “commercial”, etc.), le colis risque de rester bloqué à la douane et je ne serai pas remboursée.
Pour finir, FedEx m’a facturé des frais de douane, et m’a menacée d’ajouter 40 € de frais supplémentaires si je ne payais pas rapidement.
En conclusion, aucun accompagnement, aucun remboursement automatique, aucun respect du client. C’est une boutique à éviter si vous ne voulez pas perdre votre argent et votre énergie.

Site à fuir – une arnaque bien rodée pour éviter les remboursements
J’ai commandé une robe il y a plus de deux mois. Une semaine après le paiement, on m’annonce que l’article est finalement en rupture de stock. Je demande donc un remboursement immédiat.
Depuis, silence total ou réponses vagues. On me balade en prétendant que “le dossier est transmis au service financier” mais rien n’avance. Cela fait plus de deux mois que j’attends mon argent, et je n’ai toujours rien reçu.
C’est clairement une méthode volontaire pour ne pas rembourser. Le service client tourne en rond, promet sans agir, et laisse traîner jusqu’à ce que les clients se découragent.
Ce site est une arnaque. Ils encaissent l’argent, ne livrent pas les articles, et font tout pour éviter de rembourser. Fuyez !

Les robes sont identiques à la photo proposée sur le site la livraison est rapide et gratuite ! Les vêtements c’est du haut de gamme ! I strongly not recommend to buy anything from them. Very bad quality, rust jewellery on dress and I think it's impossible to get refund from them. From 1 month I'm struggling to get my money back.

I followed their return instructions exactly, but the package was held in customs because they failed to provide the required paperwork. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, their customer service was appalling - unresponsive, uncooperative, and unwilling to take responsibility for a problem clearly caused on their end. Instead of helping, they repeatedly deflected blame. Based on this experience, I will never order from this company again. Shocking service and really rude customer service.

Awful
Even though we agreed both times for returning paid dresses (dont look like on the pictures) they wont accept the package delivery (in working hours), dont want to contact the Postoffice or go pick it up for 12 days before return. Shame on you and your business, I altogether paid five deliveries from Serbia to Turkey and still have dresses I dont want.

I’m extremely disappointed with this store! After placing my order, I had to pay extra customs fees in my country – something that was never mentioned during checkout. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, but no one responded. They showed no interest in helping or following up on my order. Terrible customer service and a complete lack of transparency. I will never order from this site again and I do not recommend it to anyone!
