A few questions from me during set up sent on email and responded to with specific answers within a few minutes. Great to deal with people not automated system generated replies.

The switch over from Vonage to Klowdfone was seamless and I was kept informed all the way. Compared to Vonage where you can never seem to talk to a human being a member of the Klowdfone team was always available and helpful in answering any queries I had. I would highly recommend them.

From the very first enquiry, I was sure I'd found the right people for my VoIP service. Dean was helpful and not in any way pushy. Hard sales and frequent pestering phone calls are the things that made me continue my search, until I found Klowfone.

The set up was quick and efficient. Rob has been great regarding the many emails and requests I've sent him and he has satisfied those requests within a couple of minutes in some cases.

Great service and friendly, non aggressive and helpful sales team. Having been connected to fibre broadband in the last six weeks we have been able to ditch the landline, line rental but able to retain our landline number through Krowdphone. Seems to be great value and with the ios app you can answer your home phone where ever you are. Went for the all inclusive calls option at £9.00 per month and bought their phone base units.. A no brainer. So far so good.

My team wanted to set up a cloud based system, Dean talked me through the options and costings. Great service, quick and easy communication. When we agreed the Kloudphone option it was set up within a few days. Any changes we needed were amended promptly. Thanks!

Featureful service, good comms, smooth transition, responsive when needed, good value for money. As with all UK phone services, the real test will be when (if, hopefully!) there are problems, but so far so good. Good job, Klowdfone.

So far can't fault the service! Rob and team have been excellent. App works great and haven't had an issue.

I initially dealt with Mr Dean Collins and then Mr Robert Mooney took over with regards to set up, installation and training. I have to say Mr Mooney true to his word, arrived spot on at 9.00 a.m. and had us all up and running very quickly.

I found those I dealt with professional to deal with and I would recommend the company to others based on our experience dealing with them.
