The new system now helps us with business continuity due to the app which can be utilised for taking calls over a 4g network. This also records all the calls meaning the security will continue to be in place whether using a mobile or the desk phone. We were looking for business resilience and this certainly seems to provide everything we need and a little more.

I really like the reports we have generated and the wallboard feature that shows the calls in and out of the business and stats against each Sales Account Manager.

We needed to change from DDI to VOIP and after researching new suppliers as well as existing, we found that Klowdfone were significantly cheaper but also carried out the installation quickly and professionally.

Been using Klowdfone for nearly 12 months, we haven't had any issues at all, as a small business that needs to record every call we couldn't ask for more, can even record from my mobile so I can work from home without any worry! Great service and even better value for money!

we have had this system now for 3-4 months and its been great. we never had voice recording previously and never really thought we would need it. we have used it twice since we have had it in relation to customers saying they passed on information- it proved they had not passed on information about jobs and saved us over £1000 on 1 job alone. would highly recommend it.
