High Quality Service

Seriously impressed
Unbelievably, fast, efficient, and customer-oriented. They got us live with new London and national numbers, audio recording and mobile integration in under half a day, and that's INCLUDING wrangling with our old uncooperative supplier! Top. Marks. Seriously impressed.

What a great company to deal with
What a great company to deal with. Big enough to cope with our requirements, and small enough to care.
I've had Voip before, and I've felt like a number instead of a valued customer.
But with these guy's, they're excellent. When you call them for help, it's done in a matter of minutes, and you actually get to speak to a real person, instead of the terrible voice recognition you get with other companies. Especially HMRC!
If you want voip, these are the people to go with.

From start to finish their service was impeccable. What sealed the deal with this company was no hard sell and attention to detail spot on. We are so glad we are now with Klowdfone they have saved us so much in changing to their great service.

Very helpful and efficient company to deal with, my old number was transferred over with out any issues at all Robert in Technical is particulary helpful, when my new phone arrived Robert had already configured it and I was ready to go, he then helped me to set up my voice mail and the other features that I am using.
Would definitely recommend Klowdfone

Form start to finish the service has been excellent.
The engineers have been extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.
