This is the fourth time I have used the services of Knight Richardson. Kirsti Rook and Greg Taylor have been an amazing team in providing a first class service.

They kept me informed throughout the processes of buying and selling and were always, polite, professional and respectful. I completed within 3 months, which was timely, given the current climate.

I would highly recommend their services and will not hesitate to return in the future, if the need arose.

We used Knight Richardson for our purchase and was a pleasant experience for sure, . Adam and Carys were brilliant and kept us updated throughout the process. Conveyancing can be scary and alot of people usually get put off and the general view is that it is always solicitors causing delays....definitely not with Knight Richardson. From the get go, communication was clear, both Adam and Carys extremely knowledgeable and always ontop of it. Would definitely recommend and will be using their services again.

I had an excellent experience with the whole team. They made the entire process very clear from start to finish. The searches were thorough and completed on time, and they always responded promptly to any questions I had. Everything was handled with great care and professionalism.

Reliable, friendly and incredibly professional throughout an often stressful and complicated process. Emails and phone messages were answered promptly, and no question or query was too much trouble.

I was recommended Knight Richardson by a friend. After having bad experiences with property solicitors in the past I was feeling very apprehensive about the process of selling my property but the service I received couldn't have been better. I dealt mainly with Megan who was very easy to get in contact with, was always very prompt in her email replies and always took the time to explain the legal jargon to me. The sale of the property was very quick and stress free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Knight Richardson to anyone else selling or buying.

The service we received did not meet the standards expected — communication was slow, and issues were not resolved despite multiple follow-ups. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.
