I am a mortgage broker and instructed Knight Richardson (KR() on behalf of my client who is a first time buyer. The client desperately needed to agree a completion date for no later than 30th January 2026. I called and spoke to Isaac Chowdhury , a director at KR, Isaac promised to personally manage the conveyancing process through to legal completion going forward and he did just that and a completion date is now agreed for 30th January 2026. Excellent response to a request to expedite the conveyancing process, excellent communications.

Adam Was Great. Purchased my house through them. Found them extremely helpful and answered my queries with no hesitation. Will definitely use again and recommend them to anyone in the market.

My experience with Knight Richardson has actually totally changed my opinion on conveyancers …recommended by my estate agent I was completely confident from day one of talking with Hasan Ali who represented my and my house sale. Excellent communication by phone and email , timely responses and I never had to chase anything …. Very quick sale and if I missed anything they were very quick check up that I had received the information. I would definitely use them again if I sell or buy another home, Thank you for your diligence and hard work

Review scores have changed a lot since our experience! Strange! This company represented our first buyer, and they cost us thousands in indemnity policies for ridiculous reasons, and then they scared our buyer off by telling them they wouldn't get a mortgage because they couldn't figure out who owned the roads around the property. Strange because there are houses selling all the time, even our solicitor was gobsmacked. Anyway worked out for the better as sold for more after. Be aware!!

Our solicitor Millie was incredible! We didn’t start with her for our case but we’re so glad that it was transferred to her.

With 2 failed sales and being in a chain for 8+ months, her consistent approach and diligence and clear communication really helped keep our stress at bay.

Knight Richardson was recommended by my mortgage broker and a friend who also used them. I've got friends who all have the usual horror stories of not being able to get a hold of their solicitor or waiting ages for a reply, but Knight Richardson were great. Even the estate agent acknowledged this. The portal they use also kept me up to date so I knew what stage things were at without asking. Good price and all quite straight forward. Buying a new place can be quite frustrating, but on this occasion, none of my issues were to do with the conveyance part.
