Knix underwear are amazing. I just wish the pad part in the middle area on the “boyshort” style was wider, especially since I am a side sleeper.

I ordered a bra and loved it. One month later I ordered two but they sent the wrong sizes. I can not get anyone to tell me how to return these products. I even called the store in Toronto and they do not answer their phones not to do they call you back. Bad customer service. I had my bank reserve the charges on my credit card. Really too bad because I love the bra I do have.

I got Knix underwear for bladder leaks. I like the idea, and they are attractive and fit well, and do absorb urine. However, unlike pads, which you likely change several times a day, if you wear the underwear all day, they smell. Not pleasant.

Really tight like a tight elastic band. Medium and large no difference. When they exchange the size it is final sale so you can’t return it. Rip off try before you buy if you like to wear a tourniquet buy it if not don’t

I ordered a wireless bra. It was too big and they told me to wash it and it worked but in the end the bra didn't hold me in. So I started return process. Not only don't I have to return the bra but they suggested I donate it to someone in need. I thought that was cool.

WOW is all I have to say, what an amazing company!! I have donated this bra to a less fortunate lady in my community who is going through hard times. I will most definitely refer anyone to use Knox products and will check back frequently to see if you have created any larger sizes in the product I ordered!

I will start off by saying, i will FOREVER recommend thos company! Not only are there period underwear the best thing to happen to me lol, but even when I had an issue (the every day underwear fits tighter then the period underwear) they were nice, accomodating and sent me all bigger sizes!! No extra charge!!! You never really know how good a company is until you have a problem with them and their customer service alone is 💯! Their underwear is also amazing!! Thank you so much for not being so rude and proving to me that customer service isn't dead everywhere. Knix, i love you!!

Awesome customer service and very prompt in providing a solution to their customers. My wife loves their products. Definitely would recommend it to everyone.

The WORST shipping ever. After 10 days the Canada Post tracking number still doesn’t work, delivering only an 'expected delay' alert. Customer service said goods were on a train!!!! and the CP tracking won’t work until goods reach Alberta. But then said Canada Post had picked it up. Tracking doesn’t confirm it was picked up. Adding insult to injury, order confirmation blames Covid protocols for shipping delays. Clearly it's efficiency and Knix doesn’t care. Customer service admitted they receive constant complaints about shipping outside Ontario.

I have always been a huge fan of Knix products and love the brand - they are my go to everything!

I recently had a scenario where my order didn't arrive to my home, but in speaking with Kailee from customer service was such a great experience! She was so helpful and they replaced my lost items! I was so worried I'd lost my money but this once again shows how great a brand Knix is!

Knix is a wonderful company! The customer service is second to none, and the products are very high-quality. I am more than happy with my experience, and will be a loyal shopper for many years to come.

Just wanted to applaud you on your exceptional customer service! I recently bought some shapewear panties for a wedding I am going to. I didn’t like the fit on my backside. I felt it needed more coverage because I had a constant wedgie sensation. I thought I might be out the $60 that they are worth… but then you gave me store credit to try something else. I tried the full support shorts and I couldn’t be happier! I would like to make a bit of a style suggestion… any chance knix could develop a shorter shapewear bike short style for short skirts dresses and jumpsuits?
Anyways , I just wanted to pass along a happy email and let you know I love your product and how great it makes me feel wearing all your undergarments!

I have bought a few different styles and communicated with the customer service on 2 occasions, and both been a very positive experience.

I have bought the Leakproof Bikini, which are super comfortable during that time of the month. As well as the Essential Bikini, which I forget I'm wearing.

The LuxeLift Pullover Bra is also really comfortable for casual wear (opposed to sport) with not having underwire but still providing support. I bought a M and am a 36D.

In all the underwear, I bought size M (I'm about a size 8) and found the Lace Bikini in M were just too small despite my attempts to stretch them. Customer Service gave me some tricks to try to help the material stretch, but when it was still not comfortable to wear, they gave me store credit to buy a different style. They are attentive, responsive, and solution-based. I emailed with Olivia and Alanna, both excellent!!

If buying the lace, perhaps consider a size up.

I will certainly buy from them in the future!

I would just like to tell you that if your a heavy breasted woman the no underwire does not work. I was very impressed with your disscription of the comfort this bra would give me. I am a 40ddd and there is no support for me in this bra. The back of the bra rides up to my shoulder blades. The front does not hold me up at all.
I’m not returning these items because I have worn them and I’m not comfortable doing so. Spending this kind of money on underwear was a difficult decision for me, but I needed help with support.
I’m 80 years old and I’m sure there are others out there that feel the same way. How about designing a bra for women that are older and need support and comfort too.

I hated the sizing. 34c 4. 36c 2 32 A 1.it makes no sense. The Wingwoman Bra is not comfortable. I can’t wait to take it off. I do like the cup size increase. But I’m so conflicted to get another one.

Depuis toute jeune, je me suis privé d’activités parce que c’était impossible pour moi de ne pas avoir un accès à une toilette au 45 minutes au deuxième et troisième jour de mes période. Je suis le genre de personne qui éternue et doit prendre une douche et changer de vêtements.
Je suis partie en vacances et évidemment …je suis tombé en plein dedans là-bas. Je ne me suis jamais sentie autant en sécurité qu’avec vos sous-vêtements. J’ai pu la balader dans les jardins Balata même faire du hiking en Martinique en toute quiétude.

Alors je prenais le temps de vous remercier d’avoir changer littéralement ma vie !

Grâce à vous je peux désormais aussi enlevé mes trois alarmes durant la nuit pour allée changer « ma protection ».
JE DORS! Simple de même !

I ordered the mesh bra and also a pair of the matching underwear. This bra and the underwear fit me well. The fabric is soft and lovely. It gives me a nice shape and is very comfortable. It has changed my mind about Knix. I had ordered 2 other bras that were just not for my figure and I was giving up. But I was credited for my purchase and reordered and have a new favorite bra. I will wear it a few more days and then order a few more. Once I find something I like I buy them in every color!!!
I think this is my new favorite bra.
The underwear is also soft and so much nicer than the incontinence underwear I have purchased in the past.
