Best customer service and support, ever. I’ve been buying Knix underwear for a few years now - it’s high quality. They really do care about their customers. They are ethical too, with a donation program and charitable fund.

Such a great experience! Honestly I never feel obligated to write good reviews but as it is a Canadian, woman owned brand, I really do appreciate it. I first started out with a small order and found the bras unbelievably comfortable. It does not compare to the ones made by men (for obvious reasons lol)
Only thing is, it’s expensive but for sure worth it! Especially with the free shipping I’ve received and even the student discount.
I will for sure continue ordering from them as well.

I bought 3 knix bras - two on sale and one regular price. I followed their fitting/measuring guidelines and came out to be a extra large. I HAVE NEVER been an extra large ANYTHING.
And the joke is, ALL BRAS WERE TOO TIGHT!!!
They allowed me to return one item and said the other two were final sale... NOT SO OBVIOUS IN THE ORDERING PROCESS. But sure obvious in the return email
And one bra had a rip in the side - though I never wore it. If they were a reputable company they would at least acknowledge my complaint, look into why a medium gal is suddenly a XL by their measurements, and even then can't fit into their produce.
SPREAD THE WORD!!! A rip off!! Check out Better Business Reviews too before you consider buying = just don't!

Quite frankly I'm super impressed with the quality and customer service of Knix. After a nightmarish experience with Shapermint, the experience i had with Knix was like night and day by comparison. The speed and efficiency of the shipping process was outstanding. The bra did not fit and they quickly(2 days) sent out another one which was not quite right and then they emailed back and forth with me one afternoon to assess the best bra and fit for me. Just absolutely outstanding service. Thank you Knix!

I’m updating my previous review. I had been really frustrated because I wanted to see if switching an item was possible immediately after placing an order online. Before I had a chance to explain what I was hoping to do, the whole order had been cancelled and one of the items was not available anymore. I was really frustrated because that wasn’t what I wanted and it made me not want to shop there anymore. However, the customer service really came through. They acknowledged the misunderstanding, and offered an explanation as to the reason cancelling the order made sense as a response. They were able to locate the items in store and arrange for me to pick them up and honoured the sale price. It’s nice to deal with sane, reasonable humans in these kinds of situations and I just really appreciated it. This is also the first negative experience I’ve had as a pretty regular customer and I’ll continue to shop here because I like supporting good businesses

Knix stands by their products fully! I recently purchased some bras that had some defects. When I reached out they responded quickly and solved my problem efficiently and kindly. Knix gave me stellar customer service and I'm very grateful! I will not hesitate to buy new products from them whenever I'm in need.

I purchased two bras from Knix at the beginning of the year. The side bone on one side has bowed out so much that it looks terrible and I can only wear it with really loose fitting tops. I paid almost $70.00 each for these bras and quite frankly I think they're crap. I will never buy another one! Beware.

I purchased two pair of the tween sleepover period underwear and ended up throwing them out because the fabric is entirely unbreathable, which is a health concern for underwear. These are such high, shine polyester that don’t allow air flow. I bought these because I liked the language in the adds. I was so disappointed that we ended up throwing them out. Something I have never done with new clothes before. I didn’t want to pass them on because I don’t think people should use them. The lack of breathability in the fabric is unhealthy in underwear. I do not want my tween to get use to this. This is setting up for yeast infections and unhealthy hygiene - the fabric, not period underwear. There are so many other brands that do this better. I will not go for the cheap alternative again. I do not recommend this company. I regret my purchase. Also they do not do refunds, only credit. So it was money lost.

Got it for my daughter—she loves it. Says it’s comfy and fits great. I’m just glad she’s happy with it.

I wanted to take a moment to give a big shout out to the team at your Sherway location. Last night, I had an incredible experience shopping for new bras, thanks to an exceptional sales associate who assisted me.
While I regret not remembering her name, she stood out clearly as a senior team member-compassionately and patiently guiding new staff while simultaneously helping multiple customers. Her professionalism, warmth, and knowledge made what can often be an uncomfortable shopping experience for someone with my body type feel easy and positive. She truly went above and beyond... People like her make all the difference.

Had the pleasure of shopping at the Southgate store in Edmonton,Ab on the evening of May 28. I was greeted with a warm smile and a “Hello”. The Associate introduced herself as “Parm” and asked if I needed any help. It was probably the lost look on my face that gave it away. I explained to Parm what I needed. Parm inquired if I knew what size I was. Being unsure, Parm took my measurements and based on what I told her I was looking for then recommended two different styles of bras. After trying both styles on I decided I needed two of each. Without a doubt this was the best service I have ever received in my 69 years. Associates like Parm make shopping easy and enjoyable.

I’ve used Knix products for over ten years. I purchase their leakproof bottoms and overall very happy with them. I’ve tried other period product brands and none are as comfortable as Knix. I recommend them.

I’ve tried Knix underwear recently, which I loved, so I decided to buy a couple of their bras. They’re more expensive than I’m used to, but the quality and fit is amazing. In this case you definitely get what you pay for and then some.

The items I ordereed were too small! NO Refunds- they stole my money!

I need a bathing suit for an upcoming holiday. I haven’t bought one in years although I’ve tried on about a zillion. I kept seeing the ads for Knix and thought I’d give it a try and my new suit arrived today and not only does it actually fit me but it actually looks good on! FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER I’m looking forward to going to the pool on my holiday! 🙏🏼❤️ thank you Knix!

I couldn't be happier with the customer service that I received from Knix. They went above and beyond for me when I found something that I ordered just wasn't working for me. The quality of the products are great and I will be ordering from them in the future. If you are considering ordering from Knix, go ahead, they are a quality Canadian company who will support you if your purchases aren't working out for you.
