The product is wonderful. I have been a Knix customer for 6 years and have always found the product and customer care to be genuinely top-drawer (pun intended :). I recently had an issue with a return. My mistake, as it turned out, but when I posed this to customer service through the email channel on their website, I received a return email from a 'live' agent. I wasn't happy with the response, so I explained my dilemma and why I had made the mistake - because I didn't read the fine print. Again I received a live response and a personal solution that exceeded my expectations. I have had other experiences, such as a personal virtual bra fitting, that have been helpful as well. I find this company to be reputable, their product of excellent quality and customer care prompt and conciliatory. This is always my first and mostly my only stop in my search for quality undergarments. Proudly Canadian!
Bought the maximum hold sports bra. I was skepticalas I quite particular about the fit and function. I was surprised and honestly disappointed I hadn’t tried them sooner. The fit was great, function was perfect. I was looking for a High impact and strength kind of bra. Happy to say, Knix has what you’re looking for.
I chose the wrong style and they made it so easy to exchange it. They also offered to help me measure to make the proper fit. It was delivered very quickly and the product is very well made. I love it. Their customer service is excellent. More companies need to be the same.
The customer service is very terrible!! I placed an order and had to make a return. They gave me my credit with a code, I have been actively seeking for support for two weeks via the chat and it always ask me for my info and that someone is going to get back to me. That’s all a lie!! No one has gotten back and they do not have a live agent available. I will never order from this company again.

I bought underwear from knix for travel, I’ve worn them 4x and hand washed 5x and hung to dry in hotel bathroom. I noticed one side kept slipping up, this morning I saw they were coming apart. For the price paid, this is unacceptable

Knix consistently exceeds my expectations with the caliber of their products. They have made me a loyal customer which reinforces my love for the brand. I've had a wonderful experience wearing the bras and have been continually impressed by their commitment to quality. In addition, I have consistently received outstanding customer service from Knix especially with the seamless exchange process which made my shopping experience stress-free.
I ordered the Knix bras prior to surgery. My choice was the ultra soft front closure bras. My first size try with an assistant was perfect. They are very comfortable.
Thank you for others who shared their feedback when wearing them after surgery. I felt confident in the KNIX product.
The only complaint I have is colors. This bra only came in two colors. Black and a dark(?) I cannot even describe the dark tan/brown. The other styles offered more colors. I loved the pink. Would have liked a bone color or even white. I was excited about the pink, but the open front style does not come in pink.
I hope KNIX can do better in the future. Surgery is tough enough, but a little more uplifting colors would be beneficial.
received the modal pj set as a birthday gift, since I've always wanted to try this brand. Within 2 weeks there's a rip in the pants. For the price, this shouldn't be happening. Really don't recommend this brand considering the price. I followed all washing and care instructions. Unfortunately I cant return them or anything since they were a gift.

I purchased three pair of the thigh saver bottoms and two of the three fit perfectly, but the third pair kept sliding down as the day went on. When I laid them on another pair you could tell they were cut short. I contacted Knix customer service and exchanged at least 6 emails and finally I sent a picture of the comparison to show that they were cut differently. I have heard not a word from Knix since. No replacement has been received either and it has been a month. Save your money and buy from jockey or another reputable company. These parties are too expensive to have a pair just sitting in my drawer. Will not order anything from them again.

I have ordered many items from Knix after discovering their amazing undergarments. I did have a couple of issues with products recently, (wrong size ordered and an issue with one of the cups in my luxe tank, so I contacted the company. They were quick to respond and resolved my concerns right away. Great products and fantastic customer service!! Thanks so much Catherine from Knix who was attentive, understanding and professional in all her communication with me. I will be a lifelong customer to this company! ❤️
Some of the bras I had ordered did not fit, and they credited me with no problem and asked me to donate my returns to someone in need instead of returning them.

I discovered this company’s bras do not fit me correctly. But I’m yet another person here singing praise for Knix for their refund policy. They refunded my money and told me to just donate the bra. I took it to a shelter with some other items today. I laud this company for helping the homeless.
I already loved Knix before this recent exchange, they gave me a virtual fitting during Covid and I've happily and eagerly bought many items from them since. More recently I realized that the wing woman in the size I had wasn't working for my breast shape, and I wrote to Knix to explain the situation. At that point in time I had 8 different bras, a number of underwear, shapewear, and a nightgown. I explained my issue in detail and with the help of their customer service, I was re-sized and have found a completely new round of bras that fit really well! I definitely felt heard and understood and was very grateful indeed for the customer care I received. Knix was, and is, a company I am very proud to support and promote.
Just a warning to anyone who spends the exorbitant price for KNIX underwear. Don't bother they do not stand behind their product. I had one pair that the glue holding the seam together let go and they said I did not follow the care instructions. Since when do you have to wash your underwear a special way.
DON'T BUY KNIX X!!!!!
All they needed to do was stand behind their product and honour my concern. I now have 2 pair from the same purchase that have come unglued. I have a total of 14 pair and treated them all the same for washing and drying. Two have come unglued. All I wanted was them replaced since they are so expensive but instead they told me it was my fault. This is why I say NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a bra and it did not fit so I have returned it. An email notice popped up that I could donate the bra AND still receive a full refund..

I had no idea about Knix program to donate a return and receive a refund.
The person I gave it to cannot afford to shop for customized bras and this made her day.
I have great respect for your company and this wonderful initiative.
Pros: Bras are cute ans service is good
Cons: Bras are not made for big boob and the fabric is not the best for underboob sweat…
Verdic: I would not recommend for someone with big breast and I cannot pronounce myself for someone with smaller breast.
I wore the bras for a few months before making this review and I will not purchase again. I prefer paying more for better bras.
The Knix v neck bra is so comfortable.
Their customer service is incredible. I had ordered 3, but decided to keep only 2. Knix messaged me back to keep all 3 and they would refund me for the 1 I wanted to return. Knix said to donate my free one and that is exactly what I am going to do.
