Not only am I impressed with the Knix garments, I was also amazed with their customer service when I needed to exchange a bra that was the wrong size. I received excellent assistance through e-mails in helping me find my correct size for this item. The new bra arrived promptly, and I love it!
I was on an intense 7 night/8 day backpacking trip with the Catalyst as my only sports bra. I aired it out every night and was honestly so surprised with how decent it smelled after 8 sweaty days. I'm a larger chested person too, so finding a sports bra that fits well and preforms well is a bit of a challenge. I loved the back closure too! I'm very happy with this product and the company. My item came fast, fit well and performed great!
So great to deal with a company with such a positive and incredibly generous return policy. At a time when profits for some companies are soaring, and we are paying for it, Knix's "pay it forward" return policy is simply remarkable. It literally blew me away! Thanks, Knix! I recently did a return for an item and was once again blown away with the Knix return policy. I have had to return bras in the past that did not fit and was so proud to donate the items to a local women’s shelter. This time around as I was returning a nursing tank top, as opposed to undergarments, I just assumed the top would need to be sent back. When it prompted me at the end of the return to donate the item I actually got teary eyed (I am also postpartum so maybe it’s the hormones) and proud that the company continues to do this. I can’t wait to donate this top to another postpartum mom in need. This return policy is why I come back time and again to Knix.

So refreshing to deal with an honest, customer oriented company. I ordered the wrong size and a replacement was sent right away with no hassles at all. The bras are very comfortable and the customer service is excellent
I enjoy Knix products very much, and have been buying from them for over two years. Today, for the first time, I wanted to return a product because it just wasn't right for me. I was immediately refunded the cost and told not to send the item back, but to give it to someone in need. I am absolutely doing that and I highly respect this company for having this policy.
I purchased a front zipper sports bra for my breast cancer surgery. The zipper immediately began to split from the bottom to the top of the bra shortly after it was donned.
Not only was I unable to move the broken zipper in any direction, it took the Registered Nurse 15 minutes to release me from the confines of this inferior product that retails for approximately $100.00.
This left me without an appropriate garment in place after my surgery and for the ride home.
I contacted Knix to report the incident. My money was refunded. However, the incident was not addressed appropriately by customer service.
Due to the lack of support from customer service, I requested information on how to delete my account with the Knix company.
Customer Service indicated “we would love to help you with your request to remove all personal data”.
The Knix company has absolutely no interest in providing a decent product or customer support when there are issues with their products & services.

They respond quickly and actually address your personal concerns or issues. They see you as a person and not a number.
I purchased 2 of these Knix bras online and I am very disappointed as they are both so uncomfortable to wear! The back attachment hooks dig into your back. So disappointed 😢 Never by bras without trying them on. I have photos of the bra I purchased but no way to upload them here.

I went to the Knix store on 4 th avenue. I asked how I can fix the padding in my sport bra because it bunches up every single time ! The salesperson told me that never happens. Refused to listen to my issue. I just returned a bra because I felt gaslighted The salesperson was not helpful. I asked again how I can fix this problem. No answer. Not impressed with customer service but I do like the bras

I love Knix - everything about this company is wonderful. They have amazing garments for women. Well made and comfortable. NO underwires! One of the things that I really love is their return policy. Its brilliant. Rather than send the garments back to Knix, they suggest that we give them to an organization that helps women in need. I LOVE this!!
I ordered late December and still have not received my item. I have asked for help or cancellation multiple times and noone helps me. They only refer me to the post office who cant help me. At this point i have no package nor my 200$ spent. Do not order from this company!

As far as sizing, I would love to see the company follow a more standard sizing as well as making products that are for larger cup women, but still with smaller bands. It seemed to me from the two products I ordered that they just “smushed the ladies” in…Maybe consider making similar products but ones that would better serve those of us who are large cupped, but smaller bands
I was pleasantly surprised and astonished when I requested a return of a never worn new with tags item and not only was it processed immediately I was told it needn’t be returned but to pay it forward and give it to someone in need.
Above and beyond, warms my heart and I will continue to patronize their store for this and the quality is top notch!
Never had on a Knix bra Usually wore Bali bras in a size 36 or 38 DD. Ordered the wrong size (according to my husbands measuring) and it was too tight and the cup was to small. I measured myself and according to my measurements, I would wear a size 7 and not a 6. Did not have to return the 6. Was told to give it to someone who could wear it. I love the Knix bra. I am not having to keep pulling it down. The cup size is just right. This bra is so comfortable, it feels like you are not even wearing one. I ordered 2 of the Wing Woman Contour bras. Will not wear any bra but a Knix from now own. Would recomend it to anyone. The Customer service is first class. They will work with you until you are satisfied.
I ordered two bras from Knix and unfortunately, one of them did not fit. I did the return process and much to my surprise and delight, they not only offered me a refund, but said to donate the bra to someone who needs it. I was blown away by this and absolutely love the customer retention and service I received. Brilliant customer service, and I highly recommend all purchases from Knix.
