Great reliable service as always, wouldn’t take my car anywhere else

Disappointing! I have always been more than happy with the service you provide, but I must admit upon bringing my grand-daughter's car for MOT for an appointment at 9am, I assumed I would be able to pick it up between 11-12, but no! I was informed that people who "wait" while their car is being dealt with, go to the front of the queue! I find this unfair.. if I have booked a car in for 9am then I assume it will be seen and sorted at 9am. I ended up having to wait until 3pm to pick up the car. Next time, I will wait while it is being dealt with, that way I will be able to take the car away much quicker

Had problems with squeak on brakes they checked it out and advised me what to do next to solve the problem very helpful people there

Simple to book online and received a phone call to inform me that my service was done.

TEN STARS!! Absolutely excellent in all ways. Magnificent workmanship and Holly in the office was a pleasure to deal with. My little 2005 Yaris looks like a new car now and this 'cosmetic' has probably doubled its value. Truly. And less than half the price of a previous quote. Big Thanks to Krause Autos. I was on a recent trip from the West Country to stay with family in beds , when I realised my front car bonnet had received a knock and was in danger of falling free for the journey home. Chris and his team were exceptional - a very fast immediate response and prompt ,efficient action to secure it. The car was picked up and later delivered back. Thank you so for such a positive and effective service. I would certainly be using you if I lived locally !

Excellent, honest service. The team were professional, transparent and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. They took the time to review the repair history I provided, carried out their own diagnostics, and completed the MOT efficiently at a fair price. I appreciated their straightforward approach and would happily use them again for servicing and MOTs.

It is becoming increasingly rare to identify genuine, professional, friendly and above all, honest car services and repair businesses. Krause is one of those exceptions. The level of courtesy, competence and honesty is the benchmark of this excellent business. They are now the default auto service for all my needs. They never refuse to support even in an emergency. I damaged my rear passenger door on a very unforgiving gate post. It didn't look that great. I left my car with Krause Autos. It has just come back. The damage has been polished out. It's fantastic. Couldn't be more pleased. They came and collected car and returned. I am very happy. Brilliant service. Thank you.

avoid this place if you don`t want to be overcharged. They quoted me nearly £1100(inc. VAT) for a window regulator and a parking sensor. I got the window fixed elsewhere for £250 and the sensor 100£. If you don`t want the job, just say so instead of giving ridiculous quotes.

First time I've used Krause Autos myself although the rest of the family have been customers for a while. Customer care and communication is great. Very easy to book. Happy with my service and MOT. The game changer for me was having my car collected and returned.
