Large size socks was too small for uk 10 feet, postage expensive too. Disappointing.

After buying several pairs of trainers no problem, this time round I bought several pairs of McLaren ones (very comfy and hard wearing). These were in the clearance due to leaving the website in September, so last chance to buy.
After two weeks tracking showed as passed through customs and then after this returned to sender. Contacted customer services who said you would have to reorder (impossible as they’re no longer on the website) and they wouldn’t resend the package as it would be damaged?!
Utter nonsense from customer services, how could it not be possible to resend the items that are no longer in stock and aren’t going to be put back on the website. Begs the question as to who gets these rather expensive trainers then?

K-Swiss always the best for hip trainers. Swift service / delivery. Excellent communication. Highly recommended!

It’s saying you’ve delivered my item but I don’t have it, I’ve done all the normal checks, neighbours safe place etc. trying to sort this out is a nightmare, please advise where my item is

Fab trainers and fast delivery

Trainers were narrower than previous purchase 2025
causing blisters so had to go back to old trainers whilst blister mends.

Great shoes for tennis on all surfaces. Very comfortable. Well packaged and reasonably prompt delivery .

Customer Services took over a week to respond!

Great trainers at a brilliant price. Most comfortable trainers I've ever owned. Previous ones still going strong but getting tired after about 12 years of steady use including jogging and hiking. Recommended.

Very narrow. I bought my usual size in KSwiss but they were very tight and narrow.

The trainers would be my second pair from K Swiss as they are excellent trainers for playing court games. They provide good cushion for my feet even after 2 hours play on a hard court. However, delivery was terrible. The date was exceeded by several days. The courier said they had delivered and hadn't. The company didn't reply to my notifications of late delivery, or even no delivery. In fact they were deliver several days later and at the same time the company contacted me. They asked me to put my claim of non delivery in a letter? Even though I gave them all the info in an email. However as they had finally arrived I took no further action.

Bought the Kswiss Hypercourt Express 3 both in hardcourt and clay.

Absolutely love them! Comfortable with lots of room for toe box and well built premium shoes. Highly recommend. I came from ASICS and they were narrow and gave me blisters everytime I wore them!!!

Delivery took over two weeks to arrive if I would have known this before I would have purchased them elsewhere . The trainers are good

Fantastic trainers ..only down side was the two week delivery. Wasn't expecting that . But overall I will be ordering from there again

Love the shoes great quality. Shipping is always slow, but you are kept up to date with it. Once in the uk the shoes arrived on time and with great care by courier. Always buy kswiss trainers. Repeat customer. Fit well. Good prices.
