A premium feeling trainer. Very stylish, but a little too bulky and heavy for any serious running. Otherwise it's very good like all KSwiss products.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, not interested in customer satisfaction, I should have read the reviws before ordering!
Ordered some shoes 9 days ago and tracking says cleared customs 31st July 09.52, no update on tracking from Evri,customer service says may be a problem will have to wait and no refund.
This is not acceptable in todays customer experience, hence the 1 star review

Awful service.
My experience with the delivery company.
Was awful. My first experience was the delivery driver thought my parcel over my fence. They didn't press our gate bell. Which was working plus. I stay in waiting for parcel. The second time the delivery driver dropped off my parcel. To my neighbours house which is 203. They didn't attempt to deliver my parcel to the right address.
Very poor service. I will not order from your site anymore.

The trainers were delivered from France…
The trainers were delivered from France not the Uk. It took much longer than I expected - a week rather than a few days. The same size trainers were too small so they were returned the same day they were delivered. Again the process of acknowledgement was too long. I won’t use KSwiss online again.
