Always helpful and answer the phone promptly, which is a let better than other companies I have dealt with.

We moved into a new home with data points but no traditional phone line. VOIP was entirely novel to us. Kinetic Telecom were very helpful in the initial stages of setting up our phones and WIFI for various other devices to use. They did not assume that we had the necessary technical knowledge to do it ourselves. That was in 2023. Thereafter the service has been excellent and reliable. We have no complaints.

I like the very personal service I get from Kinetic Telecom. A phone call is always picked up promptly and usually by the same dedicated member of staff. Darren was incredibly helpful when I had wifi stability problems after moving into a new house. I always get very prompt warning of future maintenance outages and a reduction in the following month's payment if connection failed due to unexpected issues.

We have been customers of Kinetic Telecom for over 3 years from 21/12/2021. There have not ben any issues at all with wi-fi. On occasion , if we required information , their responses timely. helpful and efficient.

Great service. As one of many OFNL options in my area it was difficult to work out who to go with. I initially went with Ktel for the competitive price, and have stuck with them due their great service. Occasionally i have had issues with my router need updates and wider network issues, and ever time i call them up they look into it straight away and get back to me. I cant see myself switching from them unless i move to a different area.

Really reliable broadband, meets all my needs.

Really pleased we chose Ktel - admittedly very skeptical as we had a choice of only about 4 providers and there were not many reviews... but the whole experience over the past few months has been great.

They do what they say they're going to do, when they say they'll do it. The instructions and guides provided with the router etc are the most simple I've ever seen!

We did have an issue on set up (not Ktel's fault) but they made sure it was resolved, and quickly, and arranged an engineer to get us up and running.

Reminder emails re payment are great, online account is easy to read, and everything is just really straightforward.

We chose Kinetic as we needed an OFNL service that also offered a landline. From the start Darren and Ben have been helpful and explained everything we needed to get set up. We have had no issues with Kinetic. If there is an issue with OFNL or any planned disruption the team email with updates and keep us informed. We recently needed to purchase an additional router as we have a 3-storey house and I work from home. The original router was good but just needed a boost on the top floor. The customer service was again excellent and replies were very quick. The new router arrived within 48 hours. We have been so impressed and happy with the service that we have signed up for another year. In a world where customer service is sporadic and non-existent in most companies nowadays it is refreshing to receive such excellent customer service from Ben and Darren.

Fantastic. Not one issue and I have been with them for over 12 months. Kinetic telecom are reasonably priced and always provide a brilliant service.

We moved into our new home 1 year ago and chose Kinetic to provide our Broadband and the service has been excellent they always send a reminder of when my payment is due and if there is any maintenance work due they give me notice can’t fault them 5* Thank you

We moved last year into a newbuild property in Aberdeen and were given a list of Wi-Fi suppliers that were compatible with the Ofnl fibre broadband network connected to the property. An analysis of services provided, costs and customer reviews quickly delivered a shortlist of 1 ie Kinetic. A brief ‘phone call to a real person quickly returned a bespoke service option with an early implementation. What a delight to deal with a company that understands and implements the term ‘customer service’.
Fifteen months later, what continuing excellent service. No automatic annual charge increases, 5* after sales service and particular thanks to Darren and Ben for resolving a problem with my Ansa phone base timing problem that Ofnl said didn’t exist! Recently again they offered a solution of adding a further Mesh router to enable the WiFi signal to reach and connect to my newly installed external EV charger.
I have never regretted choosing Kinetic for one moment; everything works just as they promised. What more can you want!

Rock solid Internet at a fare price.

Best customer service I have ever experienced! Not only the cheapest and easiest OFNL internet (the only broadband I can get in my new build area) I could find without jargon, any problems with connection I just send an email and the problem is fixed or explained within minutes by a real person, and I don’t have to go through security questions or reference numbers to get my answers, just a simple email to them and they know who I am and where I am, which I really appreciate. Also, upon my husband’s passing I emailed to say the connection package was for him and I need a smaller cheaper service, they just did it for me no questions asked, no contract dispute, which was amazing. I have been offered a £20 discount for renewal which I didn’t have to take as the service would have continued regardless with no price increase! Fantastic service, speed, reliability and price.

We have had Kinetic Telecom for 2 years and always have Internet speeds that are great for us. We have only had issues twice and they were both due to the OFNL network going down. We also received a £5 credit on our bill for one of these

The service supplied has been very stable, on the odd occasion where there has been an issue the support received has been excellent and issues resolved extremely efficiently.

Fantastic company, from the moment we joined there has been clear communication, accessing the service was so easy with clear instructions and support on hand. Emails are answered swiftly and I have had no issues in my time with Kinetic. Prices are very reasonable for the service. I would highley recommend Kinetic Telecom

Probably the worst internet/broadband I've ever had connection issues and when u ring them they say its because of where you're living given a booster box which has not boosted anything I would not recommend
