Excellent broadband service and superb customer service, would recommend using this service

Kinetic Telecom are an amazing provider, service is outstanding and they know what they are talking about. Always happy to help whenever you need them. I have been connected to Kinetic for nearly a year and a half and would recommend this company.

Never had a problem with Kinetic and great customer service

We have been a Customer of Kinetic for the past 2 years having previously been with BT for over 20 years When we moved into our new build we had a choice of 10 providers BT was not one of them . I choose Kinetic based on Price and being a local company if there were any Issues I could contact them easily . I am pleased to say everything has been great , no Issues with my Broadband or Landline at all .
I even spoke to Kinetic regarding some wireless Security Cameras I fitted and had a slight problem with ,within a couple of minutes they advised me what to do .
Great company and would recommend to anyone wanting fast Broadband speed at a good price .

Darren Heales provided absolutely superb customer service. From helping me set up the initial connection, to dealing with our termination (due to moving property), I cannot fault his service. As for the wifi speed and overall connection, we have not once had an issue. My partner and I regularly work from home and have never been interrupted by buffering etc when on Teams calls. I am also a regular gamer and the speeds are superb.

100% recommend this wifi provider for both connection quality and customer service.

From the moment I selected Kinetic Telecom from a list of providers that I had never heard of for my elderly parents’ new flat my experience with them has been simply faultless.

It was so refreshing in these days of mediocre or poor customer service to receive a first class experience.

On the day of the move I was in charge of setting up their broadband and home phone and when I needed some help I called Kinetic and was amazed to get straight through to a real person, with that person being Darren, the same person I had been communicating with via email prior to the move. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. He made the whole experience a total pleasure and it wasn’t long before my parents were back on their kindle fires and the landline had been ported over.

Darren also helped me with retuning their TV!

I chose Kinetic Telecom when I moved to a new build. I was worried that none of my usual providers were on the list that we had to choose from. I looked at reviews and Kinetic had great feedback. I am really pleased we chose them. The broadband is brilliant! Had to ring Customer Service once and they were friendly and helpful. Would recommend 😊

I have had internet service provided by KTEL for around 9 months since I moved into my new flat. The customer service team are great with quick responses and always willing to help.
I am paying for 120mbps and am receiving on average 115 to 120 mbps throughout the day. Really happy with the service so far.
No major glitches or dropouts to note.

So glad I chose this company! Communication was faultless. Connection was a breeze - no assistance needed. The router supplied is powerful and serves my 5 bedroom house perfectly well. 3 weeks in and we're enjoying stable speeds like we only dreamt of when we were with Virgin and paid more for their shoddy service.
