Highly recommended, these guys give a personalised experience and are very supportive at the drop of a hat when you need help or assistance. The router is great quality with speedy delivery and Darren was on the phone several times to help us get set-up. Thanks Darren.

Simply Amazing!
Cant rate them highly enough. Sign up process was easy and smooth. Router arrived a couple of days later and we immediately went straight online. Speeds are EXACTLY as advertised (60 up and down) - not like some providers who advertise one speed then provide *up to* that speed. Router provided is a good quality TP Link device which provides us decent signal throughout the house, though doesn't reach to the garage so might not be great for very large homes (though this model router can be paired with other TP Link routers to create a mesh-wifi set up for bigger houses).
Beyond that they have the best customer service I have ever experienced from a UK company. Calls are answered in seconds with no IVR (press 1 for this, 2 for that, etc) but instead go straight to a human being who is polite, informed and helpful (in our case Darren). Have called a few times and we always get through to the same person because of the way their systems have been set up to redirect calls to the person you dealt with last time based on your phone number.
Bills are provided well ahead of time and have so far been accurate.
Unless there are some unreasonable price hikes in the future, we hope to stay with these guys for a long time and would recommend them to anyone else able to use them (need to be on the OFNL network, ie not BT open reach).

This is the best broadband company I have ever dealt with! Amazing speeds, competitive prices and most importantly outstanding customer support! Darren was always there for any question I might have had and solved any problem on the spot! Highly recommended!

Very impressed & would recommend
Very impressed. Router arrived within a couple of days. Installation was simple and even tho I had issues the guys on the call talked me through where is my internet socket and resolved my query quickly. The internet is fast and gets to all parts of my flat without blind spots (i live in a one bed ). Would definitely recommend.;
