Quality of the chairs is poor
Quality of the chairs is poor.
Makes sounds, had the back rest replaced after they refused to refund me but still no changes to the noises or anything. Strongly don’t recommend if this is a chair you’re looking to buy and depend on it for rocking your baby to sleep.

As discussed over the phone and over email, we offered to send you a replacement chair base but you requested for a backrest instead. We never received a reply after your backrest was received, so we were unaware that you had a continuing issue.
You initially requested that you wanted to change the first chair you had ordered and unboxed, which we accepted back and sent you the chair you wanted and we have emailed and spoken to you to try and help fix this issue.
We are here to help with any issues, and have done as you have requested.
Our policy states clearly that if the chair is unboxed and assembled/used we are unable to accept a return, but we do help correct any issue that may occur.
Refund policy -
If you have changed your mind or no longer need the unboxed product, we are happy to refund* (excluding delivery/Collection charges) or exchange any product bought on the Kub website provided that:
IT IS RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE; AND
IT IS RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL STATE, BOXED CORRECTLY, UNUSED, UNMARKED, AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING (This will be checked upon return); AND
YOU PRESENT VALID PROOF OF PURCHASE WITH ORDER NUMBER

We are unable to accept returns for any product that has been assembled.
If the goods arrive back with assembling marks or damage or where not packaged properly then we would NOT be able to refund fully but charges would still apply.
Quality of the chair is fantastic
Quality of the chair is fantastic, very sturdy wood and the cushions are happy medium between soft and hard - support back and arms very well. I like the side pockets as they are very handy during feeding times...not to mention the gliding/rocking experience...that is why we chose this chair...spoko comfy...fantastic to relax in and we are keeping the chair beyond the nursing period..no way I'm getting rid of this gem!
Company itself was really approachable and provided speedy delivery together with very good tracking system.
Basically gliding all the way through this purchase:)!!

Worth waiting for
The chair was out of stock when I first wished to order it but the company kept me updated on when new stock was due in. The chair is very comfortable and the mustard yellow is a lovely pop of colour in the nursery.

The Chatsworth Nursing Chair and stool
oh my absolute goodness it is SO comfy! I'm constantly nursing Louie in it. I didn't think it would make a difference having a nursing chair but it makes it so much easier. Handy pockets at the sides so popped nip cream in there, bottle of water, a snack, dummy, wipes, muslin cloth, wipes. They're massive. you can pull the handle to fix it still to make it easier to get in and out, lift the chair handles to recline more or bring it back up. So he can have a feed and then rock to sleep rather than having to be up and down all the time and I can quite easily snooze in it aswell! It goes so well in any room decorating wise as the colour is so versatile and the fabric really soft!
Fab customer service, Emma is SO lovely! And we are so grateful!
I'm keeping it forever! It'll be a reading chair just for me one day!

Excellent customer service from Emma at Kub Direct
My daughter fell in love with a Paxton Nursing Chair that was out of stock. I emailed customer service and had a super helpful reply from Emma, telling me they’d be coming in and that she would let me know when. She then let me know they were delayed. Later in, good as her word she did let me know as soon as they came. This enabled me to get the chair and my daughter and I are delighted. The best customer service I have had in a long time.

Great product and fast delivery
Had smooth ordering process and while estimated delivery was 7-10 days, similar to other reviews I received my order in 2 days. My husband put it together in under an hour and it’s the comfiest chair I have used throughout the whole pregnancy. It’s only been a couple of weeks but so far it’s been great.
