I jumped on a call feeling pretty unsure about how to get SMS working properly with JobAdder, and he made the whole process easy to understand from start to finish. He walked me through everything step by step, stayed patient while I tested things, and made sure it was actually working before we wrapped up. No rushing, no overcomplicating it. I really appreciated that he explained things in a practical way. Not just how it works, but how I would use it day to day in recruitment. Bulk messaging, replies, setup, all of it finally made sense. We also got my account set up properly with a dedicated number so candidates won’t get confused, which was important to me. Genuinely great support. I feel confident using it now and ready to roll it out properly
