IVE USED THEM AND MESSAGE BIRD CLICK SEND AND OTHER SERVICES SENDING THE SAME MESSAGE, THESE PEOPLE BOUNCED 1287 MESSAGES AND DELIVERED 5 HAHAHAAHAHAH THEN BLAMED IT ON THE CELL PHONE CARRIERS, YEAH SURE.... WEIRD THAT THE OTHER COMPANIES DID MANAGE TO DELIVER THE MESSAGE YOU GUYS CLAIM THE CARRIERS BLOCKED AND THEN USED UP 50 DOLLARS OF MY PREPAID CREDIT HAHAHAAH DONT USE THEM.

This is great SMS service platform. I'm using last 5-6 month and my deliverability is increased and now I'm getting more Profit.

I was using Burst SMS as it integrated with my online booking system. The service worked as well as any automated messaging system with competitive rates. I recently sold my business and wanted to cancel my account. The first person I contacted was not very helpful although a follow up by Shae rectified my issue and was much appreciated. I would recommend Burst.

BurstSMS was ultimately the best solution for us after trying two other well know platforms. It met our needs within a very tight deadline we had.

It was a pleasure dealing with an awesome team at BurstSMS. Dealing with Rohit was like having a colleague sitting right next to you, he helped us on every step of the way.

The technical support team was able to quickly resolve all our queries with the API integration with Flow XO. The API is superb! It enabled us to do advanced workflow integation that met our client's needs.

BurstSMS has been an excellent solution to get my trading alerts sent from my broker account to my phone via SMS. This service is generally only available for overseas carriers such as the U.S., but now I can get my confirmations sent to me via SMS while I sleep.

It just works!!! Every SMS feature you can think of works out of the box, so to speak. Implementation was super easy and the benefits for our business are exciting to say the least! Special thanks to Emily and the MD for personally guiding us through the initial setup. Great experience all-round.

We emailed BurstSMS to close our account because we no longer required their services. We were told that our $386 credit would not be refunded as per their "Terms and Conditions".

This is a blatant money grab!!!

We would be more than happy to pay an appropriate fee for cancellation and refund (even up to $50), as we understand that all administrative tasks take time but to offer no refunds is disgraceful - what if we had $1000 in credit?!

Be sure to read their T&C's very carefully!
