I can see that the item you purchased was released last Friday and your order was dispatched on the Monday prior - with the intention that it would arrive with you as close to the official release date as possible. You should have received an email notification shortly afterwards to inform you that your order had been dispatched.
International orders typically spend 3-7 working days in transit so if you have not yet received it then we would expect it to arrive with you very soon. If it does not arrive with you this week, please get in touch to let us know.
I also appreciate that you have been waiting longer than you would have anticipated for the album to be released because it was bought on pre-order and the release date has been delayed several times since you made your purchase. Scheduling changes like this are often caused by manufacturing delays and are out of our hands but I apologise for the inconvenienced this may have caused.
