Kustom Gifts Reviews

Great service. So fun and fast delivery. Even the canvas I ordered arrived quickly and looks fantastic!

When you pay almost 60 dollars for a picture that you think is a poster that you will get to only find out you paid almost 60 dollars for them just to switch clothes on a character and send you the picture through email for you to print out. I was disappointed. You have to pay even more money for them to actually put it on something and send it to you.

I ordered a portrait as a wedding gift to a couple that are like my kids with Bob's Burgers. It was a huge hit! Great job!

I really love how the picture turned out! It was a pleasure working for Lauren and she was very receptive to my requested changes. When I asked for a change to be done, she was very quick to complete it and I felt as though she really cared about me being totally satisfied with the final print. The canvas job also looks fantastic! I would recommend Kustom Gifts to anyone looking for a great cartoon-ized portrait.

Did a great job with my order! Looks so good. Best Christmas present I have ever bought!

I never got my poster, and it has been over 3+ months. I rather just get a refund since we have been patient for delivery, considering the circumstances from COVID.

This was such a brilliant experience, the art was amazing, the delivery was so fast & the customer service was exceptional, 5 stars!

Quick turn around and amazing results!! Could not be happier.

Anniversary for my husband and he ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Seriously, huge hit!

Final product was great. They customized the picture exactly as I asked. Communication wasn't the best but my daughter loved her gift and that's what was important.

Lauren and the team were amazing! I purchased the pic and canvas for a wedding present for super-fans. Lauren was very patient with me every-time I wanted to change a minor detail. The end result came out amazing! And the bride and groom love it!

Best portrait ever!!!!! Worth every penny! I bought it as a gift for my husband, and he loved it. Thanks Lauren.

Absolutely brilliant. Friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much

The cartoon turned out really good and they made it look exactly like my boyfriend. Incredible detail on his tattoo and t-shirt. It was done really quickly, there is an option to print but I thought it was a bit pricy so I ended up just printing it off myself and putting it in a frame.

Would highly recommend!

Great experience! The portrait came out exactly how we wanted it to. Fun, silly and really cute.

Overall it was an awesome experience. Lauren was great to work with and answered every question and was quick to respond. The only thing I would say is when purchasing there was a little confusion with whether or not it was an actual canvas or just digital or both but Lauren was great at helping with that!

Cartoon was done exactly how i asked and communication was excellent.

I was very pleased with the quality of the product, how helpful and overall talented the team was.

amazing results and the designer was super friendly and made sure that the drawing is on par to what I wanted and was super open to constant revision til the perfect final product.

Lauren is very talented and created a unique gift. Very pleased with the work and Lauren was easy to work with.
