Label BV are scammers- AVOID and report to regulatory and enforcement bodies.

I have given one star because that is the only way I can give a review, but the rating should be zero, or less.

I believe this company are knowingly and deliberately defrauding customers, enabled by misleading internet advertising and use of inflated sales taxes, after purchase. They should be banned.

I purchased some ultrasonic pest deterrent devices as advertised; the advert also linked to BV Label contact information.

The advert also carried what seemed like testimonials from the Guardian and Independent newspapers, among others, and I wonder if this outfit is also misusing their logos without permission and fraudulently.

Lable BV actually sent me cheap, chinese insect repellent devices and after some probing admitted these are not meant to be used as rodent deterrents, despite their advertising stating the opposite.

They have offered a 20% refund, meaning they would still make a huge profit from a misselling. Seeing what others have experienced, this seems to be their business model.

Their advertising states a 30 day money back guarantee, so I expect a full refund.

Avoid this company like the plague I waited nearly 8 weeks for my so called heater to arrive which was completely miss sold trading standards have allready been on to them about this. If only I had checked the reviews first. Lesson learnt. I have asked for a full refund via PayPal so we will see what happens. The product is called Handy Heater and is a joke.
The company have offered me a full refund without any argument or hassle which is pretty impressive I will update when I receive the refund

Bought an electric ceramic instaheat room fan heater £61. Guaranteed to heat your space at a fraction of the cost. Paid for it then amazingly an unannounced additional £20 was lumped on for USA Tax and postage (now the cost is £81)
3 weeks later and the heater had failed to arrive. No contact number only email. After my 3rd complaint and my demand for a full refund, it suddenly turned up 3 days later. It wasn't the Instaheat product that I expected. It was a cheap Chinese useless piece of crap available for £19.99 on ebay. Label Products BV is an apalling company. I await their generic response to this reveiw

I purchased from Label Products BV an ultraXtrend WiFi Repeater Booster which once setup and installed actually cut the speed of my broadband WiFi by over two thirds. When I contacted the company to try and effect refund, their initial response was to offer 30%. I rejected that and insisted on a full refund. They then countered with an offer of 50%. And they made a point of mentioning their "Refund Policy" so I countered with not only escalating the issue with Paypal, but also reporting the continued false advertising and sale of the faulty product with Australia's consumer protection organisation, the ACCC. Low and behold 100% refund was given. Do not buy anything from this company, they know their products under perform and yet they continue to advertise and sell them.

They are a scam, I purchased 3xTrue Form Back Correctors, the items couldn’t be put on, not worth the money spent, no back support let alone correction. Total scam company, I accepted their 20% offer, pursuing them for a total refund was unworkable and to many hurdles put in your way. This company is a total scam and I can’t believe PayPal allows them to continue to do business with them

Anything under their clever advertising is not worth thetrouble you will have to go to to get a refund (normally because it's either flimsy, inoperative, non-functional or an evident scam. They are worldwide and flog the same rubbish via very expensive advertising. eventually they will get back to you and offer a $one-third refund and advising that you can keep their product. Their reputation is so bad that Paypal automatically refunds the purchase price within a day. However that leads you holding the bag for freight and GST etc. Their refund policy is that you will have to wear return freight, GST, restocking costs and handling fees. There are also other off-putting strictures such as "must be returned in original packaging and in original packed condition as received". They also disguise themselves under numerous different guises. My challenge was to eventually identify which of their outlets I had received the package from. Do yourself a favour and avoid these misleading advertisements that are spring up all over msnbc.com and elsewhere. Theey make their money by refunding, not having you return the junk, keeping the GST and running an overpriced freight-forwarding. Losing a third of what you paid (following Paypal's refund) is par for the course...

I wish I could leave less than one star. I ordered a WIFI extender after seeing what now appears to have been a fake advert from a so called tech team. The website claimed delivery within three days, but it took over a week to arrive.

When it finally did, the product was clearly inferior to what had been advertised. I tried to cancel several times, but the provided email address bounced back every time.

After requesting a return, I was twice offered a partial refund to keep the item even though I made it clear I had already purchased a replacement elsewhere. I was then told I would have to pay the return shipping myself, plus a £5 handling fee and an additional £9.96 for the original delivery.

This company’s practices feel completely misleading. Please avoid them at all costs.

UPDATE: i received an email as promised stating that a full refund of £51.90 would be refunded on the return of the product to then only receive a refund of £33.95. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAM ARTISTS!

I purchased a product through this company having been informed on the web site that the item I ordered will be posted from within Australia. Well that is not the case. And as soon as I asked for the order to be cancelled which was done the next day, money having been processed the day after that, they said on the third day that it can’t be done. Buyers beware as ethically this company leaves a lot to be desired. And of course they replied with a generic answer. However according to the reply I got from them the process was going to be a long winded one that could have been avoided if they were ethical. They just make it look like they are willing to help but the money they got is more important.

It took far to long for the product to reach me nearly 2 weeks , in the mean time i purchased another lock which arrived the next day , i am now sending various e-mails to get a fefund , feels like pushing an elephant uphill

Fraudulent company. They changed my order from one packet of TeaTox tea at $28.00 to three for $81.28. When I tried to change this back to my original order or cancel, I was blocked. They are not trustworthy.

Purchased a signal booster which took 2 weeks to arrive despite complaining after the first week. Apparently they said it had been dispatched but their courier only received it 3 days later. When I finally took receipt of the item the box had been previously opened. I had to pay £3.90 to return it. Despite asking for a full refund they decided to deduct £9 shipping and £5 handling costs.

Cooljet cooling fan - very inferior product, very expensive price - feel I've been completely conned have been asking to return it - still not received a return address from them after 3 days - will be handing this over to my credit card company in the hope they can help -

Even as you press the 'Enter' key you know something is wrong. There is no indication of sales tax or shipping costs-these just get lumped on when it is too late to do anything.
From TrustPilot reviews of the BloodVitals SPO2, it is clear that the website description of the blood glucose monitor is false. I have written to cancel the order and get a refund, but I don't hold out much hope of a response.
Why are these scam sites allowed to get away with it?

Absolutely shocking.

I purchased a wifi booster (that came with a high rating). It was not fit for purpose and I have asked to return it and receive a full refund. They are stalling at every turn.

Device does nopt measure blood glucose as advertised.
The entries on diabetic sites for the company are scams.
Do not buy!

After many emails finally accusing them of false advertising they gave me a full refund but it is almost scam website claiming it was advertised in many broadsheets and quoting what are probably false glowing reviews

. Don’t order Bloodvitals as it does not measure blood glucose it is a cheap blood oxygen meter.
