Its a scam - they don't send you what you think you ordered. what you receive doesn't produce artic chilled air just blows the air in the room a bit. Sometimes the T&C's cannot be read and an error message appears when trying to see them. Returns are subject to handling fees and you pay for both the postage to you and also to return the item. The fans themselves probably cost about 10 GBP but they sell them for 89 GBP

Very very disappointed with the dash cam received, nothing like as advertised very inferior dash cam that can be bought anywhere for a fraction of the price ask for full refund,best they could offer was a discount of 30%it would of cost me excess of 20 pounds to return at my own cost ,and I would not trust them to confirm delivery of said return, please beware

This company is a scam website selling cheap rubbish products at extortionate prices falsely advertising them as quality products. Paid $200 for dashcams I could gave got from Temu for $20. Paypal refused my dispute so total rip off. Scum of the earth do not purchase anything from them.

It has to be zero. Been battling for 3 days now for a cancellation made before shipping. Product now on its way to UK. Misleading website, fake reviews, sold as a/c unit, it is a cooling fan. Contradictory statements, promises, all misleading. Refuses to cancel with Yodel even though Yodel stated they can. Says 100% refund no quibble, but contradicts this. I do not want to proceed. Fails to follow Consumer law UK/EU. Polite but meaningless answers to emails. I have been left distressed. Clicks through to different website for support, also bills as ihealthpro.co

EDIT on original post: The product I intended to purchase was originally advertised by a consumer expert website. After delivery issues I checked the link, it was broken. That indicates to me the website removed it once they realised they were promoting a scam (it came up as fatal error). All other sites they advertised links to worked perfectly. The name of the company product I purchased from was on the original invoice (Freshia), even though it was different to Labelproducts (shipping) and the biller (ihealthpro) all three of these are interlinked in business. They dont have a business number either (important - I missed mentioning that in my original post). Anyone leaving a review about a service from this company without actually receiving their product yet!!!! Very odd! Fake reviews are like fake webpages, everywhere these days. Obviously the site I made the transaction on was full of them. As I was refunded by my financial institution, as I already said below, I WILL NOT be responding to any request for me to contact them ie. share my email, or any other details with them for that matter. This no longer needs to be sorted.
Original Post- MISLEADING ADVERTISING/ SCAMMERS. I usually do a lot of research when I purchase from unfamiliar websites, but the website I purchased from came up with a green tick ✅ of approval. That enticing “50% off sale, ends today, shipping tomorrow” deal (let’s face it, it’s EOFY sale time so who could blame me for jumping in for a discounted item). I received an email from the company informing me of the receipt of my order and that they would get back to me with shipping details in 48 hours!!!!!’ (Alarm bells, what happened to next day shipping?). The merchandise was to be shipped by Labelproducts, and after three days of no contact I found a help page, provided them with the order number and asked for a please explain. Label-product’s ‘polite’ response was to inform me ‘not to worry and that I’d hear back from them with a tracking number when it’s shipped’. Nothing mentioned as to when that would be!! (More alarm bells). I’m a patient person, try to give anyone the benefit of the doubt, but after eight days, including another email stating they were carefully preparing my package, but had customs problems etc. etc. I knew ‘next day’ shipping wasn’t even going to be ‘next week’s’ shipping (my alarm bells officially lost their clappers). Finally, I contacted them via the same help desk and cancelled the order. I found some interesting reviews (not just from Trust Pilot), before disputing the payment with my payment provider. After further investigation I was immediately reimbursed. Fast forward two weeks yet another email saying;
“ We’re happy to share that your order is in the final steps before shipping! Our team is making sure everything is packed perfectly and ready to go.
You'll receive your shipping confirmation soon—we truly appreciate your patience and can’t wait for you to receive it!
As for the emails asking how they did! well, for one, I wasn’t happy and two, I wasn’t about to click on that ‘no, I’m not happy’ link. Let’s, not forget the ‘reply to this email for an offer of 20% refund’ (for the inconvenience). Yeah…..NO! Probably need my bank account to give that refund right…
The downside of AI, it’s harder to distinguish between the real and the fake with these ‘autogenerated email responses’. I don’t intend to engage any further with this company. Straight to my spam box for this lot.
I understand this is a long complaint, well done if you got this far, but believe me it’s a walk in the park in comparison to the back and forth, unhelpful correspondence, and an attempt at being scammed out of some hard-earned money. Always have payment protection. Check companies have a Privacy Policy and Terms and conditions are displayed. The negative reviews on this page are spot on, so if this helps one person, it’s worth it.

I accidentally ordered 3 dash cams instead of one. It was totally my fault, but I messaged them and they were so helpful and friendly. I was instantly offered to return the 2 I didn’t want, or keep them all and get a 20% refund. You can’t argue with that service. I’m 💯 happy and would deal with them anytime. Is it possible to rate this company zero stars? If so I would. Premium priced but highly inferior products recommended by fake reviews. Unbranded, no instructions, shipping and taxes added without identification to the purchaser. Apologetic but insincere and unhelpful customer service. There’s simply nothing to like about the product or service from these guys. Someone is scamming a lot of people out of a lot of money. Should be behind bars not in business

This is beginning to appear like a scam . I ordered at the beginning of April, through a site called TrueForm, had to chase up the order. The item was returned via Recorded Delivery, I’m chasing LABEL PRODUCTS on a daily basis for a refund . Each time I e-mail them they come back with another excuse. They have the order No , they have the receipt I kept from Royal Mail . They’re running out of excuses.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

After a convoluted process to return the product for a refund, I am still waiting for the said refund(minus a £5 restocking fee!) from the beginning of March.
They even tried to charge me for postage that I have paid.
Customer service is just a joke trying to make you keep the sub par product, emails are AI generate trash, just a total scam products/company.

I had a great experience with the Support Team. They were extremely helpful to sort out the difficulties I was experiencing. Very responsive. They replaced the faulty product with minimal fuss. Wonderful Supprt Team.

I think they reply to negative reviews by asking you to contact them so it can be rectified…..but they don’t actually get back to you. But it looks good on paper!
They took FIVE MONTHS to even do that.
Since they asked me to get back in touch with them, I’ve sent the same email about 40 times to them and had ZERO response. All done for show so they look as if they really care.

product ordered 11/2, received e mail "on it's way" with Evri tracking link 14/2. Chased customer service who told me "package is currently in transit" on 19/2. And today 22/2 Evri tracking link still showing they are "expecting" the parcel. This makes two of us!!

Shockingly Ignorant
After realising they'd charged £9.96 postage, saw no mention of postal charges earlier.
Identical, same product,same brand,one third of the price I was being charged.
Cancellation was requested minutes after purchase.
Amazingly got a reply this morning day's after contacting them again saying it was too late,order processed. Contact them again after delivery.
Customer service is certainly minus.

Total scammers - bought Modufocus glasses for 5 x they are advertised elsewhere (found out later you can buy though Amazon for $12 under a different name) - supposed to replace your glasses with a dial that adjusts for near and far vision - totally useless - had to throw away. Would give a negative score if I could. Paid a whopping $144 for nothing. Stay away.
