No problems. I just wish they didn't get easily stained, but I suppose that is the point of the lab coat...to protect underlying clothes.

My order arrived and it was not what I…
My order arrived and it was not what I had ordered. I contacted the company and they sent out the correct order. Then I tried them on and they were too small. I'm currently trying to return them now, which has proven quite difficult.
I'm required to pay for a return label. I have never had a company require you purchase one. And of course I have to pay for shipping. I have emailed the company several times for a return label. When they finally emailed me one it just shows as a blank piece of paper.
I will definitely never order from this company again.

We did send you the incorrect color by mistake, but then we let you keep those at No charge, so not sure why you would be upset about that. We are also not sure what you are referring to regarding a hard time to make a return. We sent you a return label (yes the first one was a blank by mistake- sorry). As for charging you for the return shipping, that is standard with medical apparel as these are not expensive hi margin items like your regular clothing items, so we cannot absorb the return shipping cost. We would not charge for shipping a new item out to you.

Well fitting, great look. However..
My labcoat fit well and looks great. However, I found a stain on the coat. in addition, I found that the stitching was coming undone and there were a couple of holes near the armpits. Was looking forward to wearing it straight away, but I'll have to stitch the holes up and remove the stains before I can!

We are very sorry that you have not received your order. It shipped to you 3 days after your order, but apparently was lost by US postal service. We would have preferred that you let us know that you had not received it prior to receiving a 1 star review. We would have sent out another item.
I have been waiting 3 months for half…
I have been waiting 3 months for half of my order. Two months ago I was told some of it was ready and would be shipped. Then it never came. originally I was told it would take a month or so because I had picked a color that was not premade, and I said that was okay. One month and three months are very different things. I am running a lab and need the smaller coats for the women who work here.

We are very sorry for the continued delay, but it is out of our control. All factories were shut down for months and when they came back on line, the were inundated with orders. The Teal color that you need is not very popular and is not a priority for them. The coat is available in other colors.

Although there was an error on the order the “Labwear Team” corrected it and delivered a product I am proud to wear at work. As the Ombudsman in the Emergency Department the small details mean the most when addressing complaints in a crisis.

Customer service was great
Customer service was great. There was a Covid delay so I was worried I wouldn’t get my custom order in time. I had a response to my email the next day regarding updates and then continued updates afterwards.

I love my black “white” coats
I love my black “white” coats - I have ordered 3 so far. I had custom embroidery, and team at labwear reached out to double check that everything looked to my satisfaction. They even made a few samples (variation of fabric and thread) so that I could choose the best option. Great product and great communication with the team!
