They are very good at when you don’t like a wine, they give you credit on that wine. It is very easy to call them if you have a question or need help with your order. Always nice and understanding.

Laithwaites has a decent product. But I wasn't convinced to stay on after using the initial trial offer. The cancellation process was very difficult. They have also been hounding me for payment of a subsequent order that I already paid in full over a year ago. They've even sent me to collections, when I literally can see it shows paid in my account on their website. Their service is horrible and they are extremely aggressive.

Courtney is sooo helpful and friendly. you are lucky I'm retired. if I ran a company I would hire her away from you! give that gal a raise!

Continue to take yearly delivery subscription even though I have cancelled it. Called last year and customer service said there’s nothing they can do but I had now cancelled the subscription. I have now been charged again for another years delivery so I will have to call again to sort out. Utterly disgusting. Will be calling AGAIN tomorrow to cancel.

I love Laithwaites, I started my membership almost 10 years ago! For nearly a decade pretty much every great wine I've tasted or discovered has come from Laithwaites. I love the people, the pricing, the convenience, and the personal touch you get when you place an order. My personal sales rep, Courtney, calls me when she sees a discount on one of my favorite bottles, she puts notes in my account when I am going out of town or have too much in storage, she has wonderful suggestions based on my taste... Honestly I look forward to her calls and not just because they result in wine deliveries! I recommend Laithwaites to everyone who starts up any kind of conversation about wine. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this wonderful company. I wish I could give them more stars!

I always order wines from Laithwaites, but this time I was disappointed when I noticed one of the bottles was not on the list that I order and the one I ordered was not there. I called and the agent said they were out of tock and sent the other one.... Thanks for telling...
