Incorrect shipment, disappointing customer service
Three of the bottles I ordered were not included in the shipment. Customer service provided a refund, but one of the three was included in a package deal, which would cost more to replace individually than it initially cost. Customer service was spotty, replying to some of my messages and not others. My preference, and the obvious resolution, would have been to ship the missing bottles, but Laithwaite's customer service roundly - and somewhat rudely - dismissed this suggestion.
- update 4.27.26 - Laithwaits did send the replacement bottles after I posted this review. Much appreciated! I'm updating my rating from 2 to 3 stars - it's too bad that it took a poor review to make things right.

I have arranged to have a replacement sent to you, and you will receive a new tracking email when it arrives in your area. This may be delayed a few days, however, as one of the wines is temporarily out of stock and expected to arrive within the next few days.

I have always received a great selection of wines whenever my case comes in. I like the extra cases they offer, especially when they showcase specific wines. I have never been disappointed with what I have received.
