Easy ordering, quick delivery.

The wine is sensational…as was the purchase price. The only (unfortunately oft-repeated) glitch: since we travel a lot and deliveries require a signature, we asked for the wine to be delivered after a certain date. We were assured it would be. It was delivered a day early. Fortunately, we came home early, arriving just an hour before FEDEX. You (sometimes) make it too difficult to remain in the Club.

Always a good day when you deal with a representative of Laithwait. They listen to what you have to say, and offer reasonable solutions or direct you to other choices.

She was polite, and I knew what I wanted. There wasn’t a lot of options in a different wine package so it made it easy.

My selections were "in stock" and delivery was within 3 days!! The Allegiance Zinfandel is a pleasant wine, glad I got six. I look forward to trying the others later.

I was very disappointed to receive a Merlot, which I am not fond of, in place of the Zinfandel which I am extremely fond of. The explanation of the change said the replacement was valued at $64 and I found it for $28. Laithwaites may not have been aware of this change they should know when the supplier makes a decision to switch products.
The remainder of the case looks like an enjoyable wine selection.

Great wine, excellent service

When I opened the box I was disappointed to see the note indicating a change was made to my order. I knew immediately the one bottle I was looking forward to would not be mine. The substitute I do not care for. I feel cheated. I want the Shroeder Estate Pinots - as advertised.
I was promised two different delivery date ranges. It arrived on a third date. Why bother?

I’m a longtime customer so I am delighted when wines ship as soon as ordered.

Easy and quick.

I was looking forward to the Black Saint Peters zinfandel. If a substitution had to be made I would have preferred 2 bottles of the same zinfandel in place of the 1.5 liter box.
