Stay away!!!
Stay away!!!! Don't waste your time! After 5 weeks of emails telling me my loan was conditionally approved, they took my $900 for appraisal and shortly after rejected my loan. A scam!!!!I don't know how people can continue to work for such a horrible company!!!!

Very easy process
Very easy process, customer service was amazing, everything was explained to me step by step. Representative asked if I had any questions or concerns throughout the process.Submitting documents was also very easy. And the process was also very fast.

A HELOC Tailored to Our Needs
We needed to access the equity in our home. Neither conventional bank we dealt with would provide a HELOC because their $50K lower limit was not available to someone with our credit score due to unforseen business expenses. Lakeview was able to review our financial status and provide us with a $25K HELOC. This HELOC allowed us to pay off debt and have the funds needed to prepare our Florida home for sale. We greatly appreciated Mr. Peacock's efforts on our behalf. He was able to offer us a HELOC that met our needs when our regular banks could not do so. It allowed us to pay off the higher interest credit card debt and lower our monthly payments.
