Customer service and communication was great. One of the easiest and smoothest processes I ever went through regarding a loan. Turnaround time was fast.

I had an amazing experience working with Louis Farren on my HELOC loan. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the entire process so easy and stress-free. This was actually my second time going through the process. The first time, Louis worked with me and explained exactly what I needed to accomplish to be in a position to move forward. When I was finally ready, I reached back out to him, and he immediately picked things back up and helped me get everything taken care of. From start to finish, the entire process took about a week, and before I knew it, the funds were in my bank account. I truly appreciate how responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive Louis was throughout the entire process. He made what could have been a complicated experience feel incredibly simple. I highly recommend Louis to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping their clients. Thank you so much, Louis, for all your help!

I already have my mortgage with Lakeview, so it was easy to do the HELOC with them.

most thing were great, professional most of the time and very helpful. one individual came close to being a bit curt and seemed to want to pass me a long to someone else. the process with smoothly except a better explanation of the complete process at the start would have eliminated most of my follow up questions and my sitting on hold.

Smooth process and quick sending money. Good communication with them from start to finish.

I want to take a moment to thank you for being so professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire HELOC application process, beginning with your first contact with me around June 16, 2026.
You respected my decision to wait a couple of months before moving forward, and I truly appreciate that. Having that time allowed me to carefully consider my options and fully understand how I could use the available equity. Before speaking with you, I had very little understanding of how home equity worked, but you took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I understood my options.
Please feel free to pass this message along to your supervisor, or provide me with their contact information and I would be happy to reach out to them personally. I don't recommend people very often, but when I do, I will certainly be recommending Lakeview.
The equity from this HELOC will help me make some much-needed home renovations, reduce some debt, and take some financial pressure off while I focus on completing the final year of my degree program. It puts me in a much better financial position and allows me to reinvest in my home at the same time.

Great customer service and Nathan Grove dons great job walking me through process

The Loan officer Randon Casey did not explain the process well. I advised him that I only wanted to access money as I needed, and he said that was exactly how it was arranged. Except I get ALL the money and am now committed. That is not what I wanted and he assured me via email that it wouldn’t happen like that. I feel like I went to a used car dealership and got conned by salesman that was just trying to get the sale instead customer service. I will never ever Trust Lakeview or any other subsidiary. I don’t even trust calling because it’s likely you I’m going to get lied to again.

Lakeview has been professional with timely responses to concerns and questions. Our loan officer Justin has treated us like family throughout 2 transactions. When you are dealing with your most precious investment. You want a company you can trust” Lakeview is that company & ask for Justin” the best in the business!

Process went smoothly,& fairly quickly until last week of process. There was still something I had to do but was not notified until I called & asked. Overall, good business.

The HELOC application process was quick and easy to do. Within 2 days all the documents and forms were brought to my house for my signatures and I had the money in my bank account with days. I would highly recommend. And my loan officer was fantastic.
