Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC Reviews

Jordan, the loan officer was very friendly throughout the process and was on top of everything to get it processed as quickly as possible.

They were always polite and helpful when I had to make decisions or ask questions. I appreciated their honesty and kindness in helping us make the decision to go forward with the loan. Everyone involved seemed to be knowledgeable or found out the questions we had.

I am a customer of Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC and own a townhome in Maryland. My experience obtaining a HELOC was very smooth, quick, and hassle-free.

Mr. Gregory Poinson was extremely helpful throughout the process and made it easy to obtain the HELOC without having to complete a lot of paperwork. I was especially impressed with how quickly everything was completed—the approved funds were deposited directly into my bank account within just three days.

I truly appreciate Mr. Poinson’s professionalism, responsiveness, and assistance throughout the process. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Lakeview Loan Servicing and would highly recommend their service to others looking for a convenient and efficient HELOC process.

The HELOC application process was easy to navigate through. The loan officer Tim Brown was very helpful and knowledgeable.

This was so easy. I did it all online without having to talk to a representative. I call that super easy. Also, with all the high interest rates, Lakeview's rate was very reasonable. I really recommend this company.

My loan agent Sergio was patient with me while i decided what i was doing and explained everything outright to me. The loan service was prompt and so far everything is like i expected. I hope the rest of my repayment goes well.

Experience, products and personnel are excellent. Availability and answering questions throughout the process were appreciated and never a problem.

The level of knowledge you bring directly affects your success as some pushes along did feel "sales", though 0 issue doing this again.

The Lakeview team was responsive, helpful, patient, through every step from application to closing. I had several unusual situations that required a little extra effort to get this through to the finish line, but they were with me all the way.

I was very skeptical about getting this heloan , after talking with your agent Kyle Owens about my options I was glad I called . Kyle walked me thru and made it so easy for me. Everything went so smoothly and stress-free. I was impressed with the simplicity of Lakeview loan servicing. Great customer service!

Our experience was great, the team was helpful, polite, and experienced with our needs.

My experience was great.

My loan officer communicated with me every step of the way. The links provided to upload my information were easy to navigate and I am very pleased with my experience.

Thank you.

We had the pleasure of working with Tamara Eastridge during the process of obtaining a HELOC. From exploring our options to funding day, she was knowledgeable, kind and patient. We now have breathing room, and peace.

The process was simple and I was able to get assistance any time I needed it.

Eric Spring was straight forward and honest. He wasn't ushy and gave us the time to make up our minds and gather the info we needed. We tried getting a Heloc with the bank we have and everytime we got the info they needed they wanted more. We wasted so much time. It was a nightmare. Lakeview was quick and easy. Wish we did it sooner. Thanks Eric.

My agent that helped me, Tim Brown, was so helpful in this process. Whenever or whatever I needed he explained and when I had a question about something I did not understand or wanted to know more about he called me right back rectified my understanding. My experience was great and I am grateful Lakeview loan Thank you. 🙏

Best mortgage company ever! They contact me when rates drop and are constantly looking for ways to save me time and money. The app is quick and easy to use. The website has lots of helpful information on it. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. They are also great at explaining things and taking the time to explain them in whatever way you need until you fully understand all of your options and what is best for you. Great customer service. I ALWAYS GET A REAL PERSON!

Easy process went smoothly

John answered all of my questions and the process, aside from issues with the identification feature (had to call service number bc a photo of my license was impossible online), was very smooth!
