This company went above and beyond in their customer service. I ordered two different types of sheepskin gloves for my daughter’s birthday on 20th December. One pair of lamb skin gloves in a beautiful pink, the other a pair of fingerless mittens. I ordered on 11th and they sent on 12th using Royal Mail. Despite receiving tracking no. there was no progress made by Royal Mail and I contacted Lambland customer service on 18th to tell them that there was no movement indicating potential delivery. I explained that they had been intended for my daughter’s birthday. I not only received a prompt reply, but they offered to dispatch my order through DPD that same day, despite having already dispatched them through Royal Mail. End result, gloves received today and I am totally delighted. Not only with the quality and beauty of the gloves themselves, but with this superb customer service. It is such a joy to deal with a company with this ethos. They have saved the day for me. So thank you everybody involved. I will certainly be a return customer, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to everyone.

I ordered a hat for my mum’s Christmas present. Unfortunately it wasn’t available, there was difficulty getting the material that colour. The staff could not have been more helpful, kept us informed and when there was no way of the hat being ready in time, suggested an alternative which they delivered direct to my mum in order to save time. It is now sitting under my mum’s Christmas tree! I’m sure she will love it, she really likes the mittens we bought her from Lambland last year.

I purchased a Lambland Genuine Lambswool Duster with Telescopic Handle. It had great reviews so I knew it was worth considering yet still had questions and was delighted how swiftly my messages were answered. So helpful. Good customer service makes such a difference. When it arrived, early, my experience of using the lambswool duster was everything I hoped. The telescopic handle is not flimsy but quite strong. The lambswool really collects the dust, and it's easy to comb clean. With such high ceilings where spiders love to hang out, I can now clear out the cobwebs and dust. Highly recommend this company and this unique duster. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent sheepskin and superb customer service. This is my second order with Lambland. The fleeces are always so silly soft! This time there was a bit of a mix up and what was delivered don’t quite match the online description. This was very quickly and kindly rectified with excellent customer service. Couldn’t be happier with the product and the team are just fabulous. Doing what they promise and going the extra mile. Customer for piece here!

This is my second time buying from lamb land and I’m really happy with it. I bought a pair of sheep slippers and they arrived quickly, are really comfortable and good quality. It’s nice to support a family business too!

Bought a belt pouch - camera size. Perfect size for keeping my bowls tape measure and chalk in.

Brought sheepskin for my motorcycle seat. Took a while to arrive. Nice piece of sheepskin but no attachments and makes zero difference whatsoever to seat comfort

I recently purchased two seat covers for my car, just after 6-weeks the drivers seat cover head rest retaining clip broke, I contacted Lambland explaining what had happened and they replied with an apology and a returns label, sent the faulty cover back the same day, within a few days I received a brand new cover, cannot fault the customer service experience, would like to thank Melissa for her help in resolving this problem.
It’s nice to see a company focused on great customer service.

Ordered sheepskin car seat covers, they are gorgeous and they fit my motorhome seats perfectly ! Arrived in a few days, I am very pleased. Thanks Lambsland !

Still waiting for my orders to arrive unable to track my items when I've asked for a refund I get no reply won't be using this company again

Ottima qualità dei prodotti (un paio di pantofole e un paio di stivaletti imbottiti con pelo) ma:
1 - l'ordine è arrivato molto dopo il previsto; sul sito c'era scritto 5-10 giorni lavorativi per l'estero e invece ce ne ha messi circa 20, quindi non fate affidamento alle tempistiche indicate
2 - ho dovuto pagare 44 euro di tasse d'importazione per poter ricevere l'ordine (su un acquisto del valore di 130 euro e avendo già pagato 24 euro di spedizione); mi rendo conto che il negozio non abbia nessuna colpa per la tassa di importazione ma avrei apprezzato che la cosa fosse segnalata sul sito -> quindi sappiate che dovrete pagare il 30% in più se ordinate dall'Italia

I usually buy a different brand (just sheepskin) but liked the idea of buying from a local uk company and your price was very competitive. The slippers are gifts but look lovely and well made…. Time will tell if they ware well but first impressions they are well made and look and feel a high quality. I will be replacing my slippers next year with your brand and hope to be a returning happy customer… thank you again for your prompt delivery at such a busy time of the year

A slight delay on delivery but acceptable, never got tracking details which would have helped. Unfortunately I am disappointed in my slippers, the fur is not very dense and I can feel the sole. Dont think they will last very long. I have bought sheepskin slippers every year for the last 20 or so years and they have all felt nicer than these

I was looking for a replacement for my mattress topper, something thicker, and wool, to make my hard mattress more comfy. Then I thought, what if I used a sheepskin rug... I already had one - 130 x 70cm, but it wasn't big enough to go from neck to foot, so I started searching online. I'd bought a slicker brush years ago from Lambland, so had a look around their website... so much choice! I prefer to talk to someone when ordering certain things and wanted to find out how thick their rugs were, so phoned. Quick to answer was Paul. He was very kind, patient and helped me make the right choice. The box containing my rug arrived two days later, as they had one in stock (lucky me!). I was shocked... it was sooooo soft and fluffy, felt like fake fur! yes that soft! Well I say that because compared to my rug that I bought in 2019 (and regularly give a good brush), it felt too soft (and I mean that in a good way!)... so I need to buy some of Lambland's Sheepskin shampoo and transform my old one now. But I still have a dilemma, the new triple 'rug' is way too gorgeous to hide away as a mattress topper and sleep on, it should be with me on the sofa in the evenings for supreme snuggly comfort.

Anyway I am sure you can guess, I highly recommend Lambland for their swift service, great customer service and wonderful product. I will be back for more.

Ordered two eco tanned long wool yellow Icelandic rugs. Quick confirmation of order & despatch. Delivery was really quick. The rugs are amazing, colour perfect, and as seen on the website. The rugs wool is lovely and thick and sumptuous under foot. The choice of sizes was really helpful. Absolutely thrilled with them, exactly what I wanted…and more!
