Went there this week for the first time. Served by Harry, excellent service bought a 3 piece morning suit and 3 piece DJ. Harry was friendly and attentive, looked after us well. Cup of tea would have been nice given we travelled from Oxford! Hnusual to buy clothes off tge peg will certainly recommend and use again.

Great quality, good value, prompt delivery and exceptional communication and support.

Very reassuring to know that they were there to help out when I needed advice on sizes; especially when y ordering a morning suit, it's not a typical item. Great price, and good quality!

I gave you that because your raincoat looks pretty smart and it was cheaper on your website then it was anywhere else and the service was good. It was quick. It was easy just waiting for my delivery now so hopefully it’ll be here soon.

My fourth purchase from this store and another superb quality bargain. Fast proving to be my favourite place for quality menswear at incredible prices. And for those with odd body sizes like myself, just contact them in advance before ordering.

Richard Paul Menswear provided me with an exemplary service for morning suit trousers for my husband. My transactions were conducted online but the service I received was a traditional old school one which I loved when as I did have to call up at one stage and my query was answered and dealt with immediately.
I thoroughly recommend them.

I bought online a morning coat with a pant. When it came, I found it that it is not new and without a tag or brand name. When I asked Richard, he answered to me that the suit is a re loved one. It means that it is a used one. I asked him to return this item within a week time of my purchase.
His answer is "These suits are in "Pre-Loved" or "Ex-Hire" condition. Or if you just wanted to buy the new tailcoat, then I will send the link to you for this and you can send the first pre loved item back to us for a partial refund of $135 for the jacket."
In contradiction to the above, "Richard Paul menswear policy is offering a full 30 day refund or exchange on any item purchased from our online shop. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange."
Hence, I did not accept the refund of less than 50% of my buying price. What I got is that
'To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.' It is funny that it mentioned if the suit is unused when initially was sold as used item.
This is my first experience dealing with a business selling used clothes online. We donate clothes to be used for raising money for the needy. Most often sold at a dirt cheap prices in the third world.
Second thing is that, this Menswear not only selling second hand or used clothes by covering it with a phrase 'pre loved suit'. The phrase is not common in the USA and it leaves much to be desired to understand its implication.
Failing to return the used suit and getting back my money, I wanted not recommend this Menswear for people interested to buy clothes from it. You will end up with dismay as what happened to me.

Very prompt delivery and, despite being ex rental, both jacket and trousers were in good condition

The quality of the morning suit and the fit were exceptional.
However, given that the order was being shipped ten thousand miles from the UK, I would have appreciated sturdier packaging. The suit was simply placed inside a standard shipping sleeve, which ultimately arrived torn in several places, leaving the garment exposed. Upon delivery, I was naturally worried it might be damaged, and it was certainly covered in a significant amount of dust.

I ordered a morning suit from Richard Paul Menswear and revived the suit in fantastic condition a few days later. The whole shopping experience was smooth from start to finish with good communication on the progress of my order. I used measurements from a suit that fits me, but you could always get measured in a suit hire place and use those measurements.

ordered 27/28 leg come today definitely not a 27/28 leg tape reads 26 however delivery was quick kept up to date throughout the hole order process quality looks and feels good but not worn as to short

The ordering was simple and straightforward, and the clothing was excellent quality and value. Delivery again was straightforward and on time. Excellent service all round.

Ordered a tuxedo, it came quickly and was in excellent condition

The jacket was a good price, but unfortunately it didn’t fit due to my husband having lost weight due to illness. I sent it back on a next day delivery and am now waiting for a refund.
