Great service
Fantastic service and very high quality, was in a bit of a pickle for a new years suit, looked in to it and it was cheaper to buy one that was pre hire than renting, now I have a lovely dinner suit for future occasions.
Really quick and efficient service, great company with fab communication. Would definitely recommend.

First Class Service
I felt I had to write and thank Richard Paul for the excellent service I received when I placed an order only yesterday. I received the items this morning via Royal Mail. I have tried the items on and they fit a treat and met my expectations. I must also commend the diligence of Richard Paul's representative who phoned to query an item of my order which after discussion he agreed to see if a more suitable alternative was available in stock and would phone me back. This he did promptly and with the added bonus of a refund for the difference between both items being also processed promptly.
I cannot fault Richard Paul's service to me and thank them for their attention to detail and customer courtesy.
