Hi there - we have tried to contact you multiple times with regards to this. The item was ordered over a Bank Holiday weekend and was delivered within the timeframe set on our website. It is a shame that you feel this order deserves a 1-star rating.

Delivery times
Need to be clear on your webpage what are working days (as not every business sector is the same) so delivery window is aligned to customer expectations.
However, quality of the product delivered is excellent as always.

Great value for money, excellent service
The price of this quality jacket was excellent compared to other stockists. The delivery was fast and the updates were accurate. Really good experience overall. Would have been 5 out of 5 if the hanger had been included in the delivery.

Following our visit to your store (Thursday 5th March) we wanted to thank you for the excellent service received from your staff.
We went for the purpose of purchasing a jacket with tails plus a waistcoat, as worn by Mr Topham Tophatt (the … controller) in the Thomas the Tank Engine Stories, for wearing at our Bromsgrove Model Engineers Club on themed running days in conjunction with Avoncroft museum.
The quality of the products are top quality, the staff were polite, well presented and very professional we were so impressed with RICHARD PAUL MENSWEAR and would without reservation highly recommend this company.
