Having recently moved to a new property, my partner and I are still learning all the finer details of the property, draining being one of them. We noticed an outdoor grate was leaking due to being blocked so began to try and unblock it with no success. The following day, we have LDS a call to query it and within 2 hours, Mark was at the door ready to get to work. He was polite, knowledgeable and gave us some helpful tips to try and prevent it from happening again. The job was completed in approx. 30 mins but Mark wanted to run a few tests to ensure the job was fully completed. The cost of the service was extremely reasonable too. Would highly recommend!
